Ive always been under the impression that cloning a plant was a way to make more potent plants? Or is that just to keep that particular plant ? I guess you can't breed a plant to it's own clone cuz girl on girl action.. I don't see any pollen in that pot porn. 😇

Clones are a genetic copy of the mother. We also call them cuttings. Or a "cut". Only difference will be that the clone does not produce a Taproot. Otherwise, the only difference will be affected by environmental factors. So if 10 growers get the same cut, genetically it will be the same, but because of different techniques and environments, the plant will express differently.
For your other statement, yes, you can cross a mother to itself. You can use silver thiosulfide to cause the female plant, to produce make pollen, and pollinate itself. These are considered S1 seed stock,or maybe R1, and will be fairly similar to the mother, with slight differences in genotypes, but the seeds will be feminized. You can use that silver water too.....can't think of the term. Any way, hope that helps.
