Light movers - somebody say something

Re: Light movers.somebody say something

Hey Munki!
I really like your idea of using a light mover in combination with an LED for a scrog grow. Even the larger LED units available have a somewhat limited "core" light footprint (at least if you want to bring the light in fairly close during flowering).

As -------- pointed out a few days back the mover would allow you to bring the light in closer than you normally would without risking bud damage. With a reasonable travel distance (like 4') I'll bet you could amass some killer buds on that scrog!

That's the goal GrownManHollr.

Thanks for the tips orangeblood. I don't need it right away so I can look for deals.

Light movers are awesome! I know a lot of people who use them and love them including me. Moving the light and allowing to reach the hidden leaves lets more leaves work for the plant, and since the light moves you can run the light closer to plants because there aren't any hot spots and you get a much more efficient use of your wattage. They have a really good website but i cant remember what it is, but if you Google "LightRail light movers" you should find it.
