Well folks I would like some names of any good growers with E&F experience! ! 
Basically I've been asked by a friend of mine, for some names so his E&F grow system company can sponsor them with their brand new line of systems!
Please make sure you have experience and are genuinely going to be prepared to complete a journal in full!

E&F stands for Ebb and flow by the way lol.

I have run Ebb and Flow on a few grows, but for some reason I keep returning to my DIY RDWC/E&F.
Hydro is something that has always interested me. But I love the feel of growing in soil

Hey LA! Everything is looking grand across all your journals... Exciting news about the move and step up in production!

Hey all its time for an update
The main 4 girls have all been stripped and had their final training session for a good while! They got a good defol also and are now going to be left to recoup and throw some vert growth as they have a week or so before I flip em
I gave them a brew of Hydrotopps microbes (Top Heavy Crop) Now we wait 7-10 days before flowering.

The main 4 girls have all been stripped and had their final training session for a good while! They got a good defol also and are now going to be left to recoup and throw some vert growth as they have a week or so before I flip em

Thanks Dennise these 4 are probably the most pre set girls prior to flower that I've ever done. They already as big as Flux or Gert were ! So with a bit more vert (already got about. 6 inches), then good stretch means these girls should be some of my biggest to date! I'm hoping for over 20 off the andromina, as she's a beast already
