Hey all :)
Well my first auto in years is about to hit the first real node! Now normally as most know I top my girls for fluxing at the 3rd node. Yet :) I wanna play about , sooo I'm gonna top my Blue Dream auto on a tiny scale later today or tomoz!
Now as said I ain't ran auto in years and never this strain. Yet I don't grow to repeat stuff more experiment! So yep I'm gonna try fluxing her from a tiny baby! :) (then we can all see what happens lol) My one concern us her size. She aint a big plant apparently, so she could struggle.

Then one of my other girls Ill actually just let grow normally. (Never done this before! :) ) ill stick it in my new small but tall tent with a home made light and my strips on the vertical supports giving total depth coverage! :) (boring for most but I've never just let a plant grow before) :)

Any Atami info out there?? :)

The other thing were gonna play around and find out about is the Importance of getting PH correct in soil. To put it plainly, I've no PH tester or anything lol. So even playing with new unkown nutes ill be just winging it on PH. Ill just add a bit of lemon juice when I think it requires it! Also my old GET nutes I never needed CalMag, don't own it! (Won't buy it either.) So ill be seeing about soil buffering of PH and also if my new nute line is upto the task of LED growing, or wether its yet another range where its incomplete for LED! If it proves such ill be giving the line the thumbs down!
Why are we buying stuff only to need to buy more to be able to grow ??? LED is here and now, so why are nute companies dragging their feet. :)

This will be fun to watch as I've thought about this myself, my next effort was gonna be a flux and an auto in the box together but a fluxed auto sounds cool.

Well I may be rethinking my fluxing of the BD auto! I haven't run the strain, so ill go for my old original auto training method me thinks? Lol still not sure :)
Just want to have a decent yield so tried and tested makes sense for now maybe? I might flux the Dedoverde haze auto instead! :)

Either way hopefully I've got new bubbas at home freshly popped up into the world. If not I've fried em lol :)

Now lastly would people like a dedicated journal for auto training? Or should I just heap it in here??

Something on auto training would be nice, didn't think you could do much with them autos so it would be very beneficial to me, growing in such a small space. Maybe on my next run you could be my teacher :thumb::cheertwo:

Not a problem there :)
Autos are tricky as you have to take the timeframe into consideration, so you have to work on the tiny scale making your adjustments really early on.
Although as said I aint ran auto for a few years now so I'm hoping now theyre a little more stable that they also aint lost the vigour they used to have.
Ill keep this thread as the photo girl updates one and start another thread for the autos.
if I fall on my face so be it lol, were all here to learn and we don't do that without trying new stuff!

I look forward to following it closely. Autos are new to me as I've never actually seen one grow up. It's something I'm interested in as my next veg will be a long one so I'll need something for the meantime.
