Life is a blur right now. Thank you everyone for your kind words !!
I thought one death is enough and didn’t have the heart to kill the plants ... grabbed the pruner and went in to do the deed and realized the dwarf ‘ Dopey’ is the last plant my inspiration named . He is in his last hours/days and it sucks.

The cheese got new shoes . I think they are about 6 or 7 weeks veg now.
The dwarf is scheduled to be harvested next lunar opportunity March 28th , or sooner . I may take her the day her inspiration dies.

I see a set of straws when this girl is done. ‘Dopey’ a CKS dwarf bean is ready , but the moon says Sunday and her, my inspiration is still alive, soon to be moved to hospice.
Life isn’t fair. And then we die . Haha

Hey KC ! thanks ..,this one was easy , grew herself .

I ran her 16/8 the entire run and she was regenerating already . Could be a SOG next winter
I didn’t want to maintain an indoor bucket all summer but I do highly recommend these little short, sticky, fast beans.

I’m going to guess a solid 2.5 zips after another trim and another day or two to dry. 85 days from bean to bud .

I have no idea what I’m doing with the cheese.. but I got tired of looking at the net hanging .

My inspiration, friend, grow buddy, and neighbor has chosen his expiry day to be Monday.
I am so grateful for Canada’s Maid options for end of life . He will pass at home , surrounded with love, in comfort and familiarly.

I looked at the garden for a long while today and laughed .

Now what .

my inspiration is gone. He chose medical assisted death this morning and is finally at peace .

The silence he leaves behind is deafening . His wife of 48 years is lost as am I . I threw a couple of beans that he bought for me in water as a tribute but my heart is shattered. If they sprout, than he is with me in spirit and I will have enough medicine for my end of days ... .if they don’t than, well..this ride prolonged his journey regardless and I have zero regrets.
