Lewydeville’s DWC Grow With Mephisto Genetics Creme De La Chem Plus Many More

Good morning 420, today marks 21 days since I flipped this plant over to flower. Tomorrow I’m going to start the day by stripping every fan leaf and then prepping for a res change for the following day. Starting to get exciting now as the buds start to form. A stem rub gives off a potent smell with a nasty kick, I think she’s going to be a good one.

Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend with some top shelf bud. I’m mixing it up between Chocolatina and Crumbled Lime, highly recommended!

Hey 420, It’s been a really sad week for my family as my Father-in-law passed away suddenly last Tuesday afternoon whilst fishing. So very sad and a massive shock especially for my wife who is devastated. For obvious reasons I’ve not been able to update the journal as I’ve been needed elsewhere. I’ve got a few hours free tonight so I’m going to get the journal up to date.

22nd November
Here’s a quick photo catch up from just over a week ago. I stripped every fan leaf off the plant. Here are some before...

Over the next day I gave her a fresh bucket of nutes containing,
60 ml bloom
40 ml calmag
20 ml silicon
20 ml P/K booster
10 ml Beneficial bacteria
Ppm 1300 ish
Ph 5.7
The plant didn’t skip a beat after the defol and started to take shape.

The following week she really got going and started to fill out. From early signs I’d say these could be some sizeable colas come harvest time as they are gaining weight quite rapidly. Very encouraging to see some nice early frost appearing as well. These shots were taken over the last week.

That brings us up to date and this morning I’ve given her another fresh batch of nutes. With just one bucket to look after I’ve been giving her a fresh res every 3/4 days. I’m hoping for some high quality bud from my first home bred girl so she’ll want for nothing! These final pictures (I promise:oops:) are from today. She’s starting to live up to her name and I’m well happy considering she potentially has another 6 weeks to go.

She’s starting out awesome and will get even better with time. Any smells coming off her yet?
Hey Penny how are you? She’s smelling of lovely sweet skunk and I’m getting hints that are similar to cheese which is one of my favourite strains.

Hey 420, I’ve just checked in on the flowering plant for the first time in nearly two days. Probably a good job I did as she’d nearly polished off her bucket and was in desperate need of a refill. She’s looking good and starting to get a really nice scent especially when you rub a few trichomes from the outer leaves between your fingers, very sweet to start with then you get an earthy background. Talking of trichomes the bud looks like it could make for some good squishing as it’s covered in frost. Here are the pics.

She’s a beauty Lewy, wow!
I shall add a few spoons of neglect to my own regime going forward ;) good catch.
I just trimmed the first of my wedding cake x cheap tricks. I swear she smelled like banana cake at one point under the scissors. Pretty colours too. :thanks:
Glad to see yours compared to your thumbnail. We’re not talking enormous buds, but grow enough of them it’s all good.
:love::peace:

Hey Lew! Not seen you about for a bit. Hope everything is cool. Just stopped by to wish you a merry and safe Christmas.

Ps. Those seeds that you made are turning out some real winners and there are plenty more to get through.

Cheers bud.

Hey 420 friends it’s been a while! How’s everybody keeping? Hope you’re all safe and well. First up I must apologise for my absence and shoddy ending to this journal, i’ve had a few crazy months but then who hasn’t during these crazy times. The ship seems to be settling for me now and I’m looking forward getting back to some cannabis growing as I’ve been granted the time for another grow at my usual spot. This is great news as I wasn’t expecting to be up and running in my new grow space for a while yet. I’m going to be starting a fresh journal for the next grow but before all that I’m going to do my best at finishing this journal.

So sometime after my Dec 4th post I dropped my iPhone through the scaffolding at work causing it to smash and making it unusable. I tried to replace the screen as I have with other phones in the past only to make things worse!
I started taking pictures of the Pretty Women plant again on the 19th of December with an old phone I had lying around so the pictures aren’t as good quality but you can see she was taking shape beautifully.

Fast forward to the 28th of December and I could tell this plant wasn’t going to be long about.

Good to hear from you again Lew!

That plant was awesome. There are some real frost monsters in your crosses. I'm looking forward to dropping some Crumbled Lime X Chocolatina seeds.

Here's one you might like. Crumbled Lime X unknown. I named it Slimeaid....

Exactly 9 weeks from flipping the lights 12/12 my first ever homemade strain was ready for harvest. January 5th she got the chop and I was buzzing to have my first try of some of her scissor hash. Here are some pictures from just before in all her glory. A few crispy leaves but the bud looked amazing.

This was the first time I’ve been able to use the actual flower tent as the drying room. Being able to utilise the heaters and fans and keeping the perfect environment for drying at this time of year certainly made life easy.
