Let's Attempt A 1lb Grow!

The advantage to tying the tops down is to allow the lower nodes to catch up!
Exactly my friend. I'll let him go a little longer without water this time it's been about 4 days last time I looked last night before I went to bed they was okay but one I went ahead and gave it just a tad cuz all of its leaves was drooped I must have missed that one on the last water but I gave it enough to carry it over until I water all of them tonight

Show y'all something else a harvested one of my pepper plants and I cut all the stems off and I'm regrowing it!! Haha

I hope your weather holds the bring those to harvest...looking good out there!

One suggestion I have is to plant in something other than tires next season. From the NC State website:

"Tires contain aluminum, cadmium, chromium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, selenium, and sulfur, as well as a high level of zinc. They also contain plasticizers and accelerators used during the vulcanizing process. In addition, rubber can also absorb heavy metals like lead.

"As tires breakdown, these toxic substances leach out, contaminating the soil, the plants, and leaching through storm water into creeks and lakes. Over time, this could pose health risk for gardeners or those consuming the produce. Contaminants can be breathed in; they can be absorbed through the skin; or consumed."

I second that brother no offense bro but that's some funny ass shit I've never seen no plant grow in a damn tire before I wonder what kind of nutrients that tire is feeding it. LMAO!!!

Ok perfect I so much issues with weeds and thought that might help but not think of all that so am definitely going to set up something different next season.. hopefully a green house
Honestly I'd go with the flow take them from those Solo cups go to a gallon go from a gallon to a three and go from a three to a 10 and you will reap your rewards. Especially if you let Uncle shed give you a good feeding regimen I'm sure he wouldn't mind helping you out look at my rewards I reaped off of two plants seven and a half ounces!!!

Lol yah I went straight in the ground last year and had issues with weeds so I tried this seeing how I had lot laying around but just didn't think about what could leach off of them bit last year one of my plant produce a 7in a half ounces with no food just water but this year I'll be lucky if I get half of that who th all my plants

When it comes to feeding I don't know where to start all I know is I like to stay arganic .The past years I just relied that the earth supplied what I needed and used a bit of Epsom salt when I noticed a bit of yellowing and it seemed to help
