Thanks Bro, I have a dorm fridge I want to try this time for some. Should be fun.You get there buddy . Shake really well I then set them after the wash cycle on newspaper and brown box then I go onc ebox is half full and one more light shake and hung for 4-6 hrs depending if you are going into fridge or what from there . If no fridge then hang for 2 days or until stems are just about breakable or snappable lol
Then trim and keep testing for rh levels going forward.
I'm a wet trimer. Haven't tried dry even. There's nothing easier than trimming bud while it's still wet.
That's what makes freebies so awesome! It's often strains you'd just scroll by, so it almost forces you to try the 'not so popular' strains and they often are hidden gemsThis is a cool grow. I won the seeds randomly and they're my (our) best effort to date, knock on my head.
I don’t mind eithier or really . But I am used to trimming fairly wet myself .I'm a wet trimer. Haven't tried dry even.
I am with you Van... anymore I only trim off the largest fan leaves, and then usually the bottom fan leaf on each bud set and I am done! The only time I even consider trimming is if a large portion of the sun leaves end up with no trichomes and then I cut off their tips, but that doesnt seem to happen much any more. Not having to work so hard just to get in the drying tent, I can now chop a plant, trim the little that I need to, wash it, cut out the individual branches for hanging, weigh it and actually hang the whole plant up to dry, in less than an hour.I hate trimming....wet, dry, any of it. HATE IT!!
Yep, I was totally thrilled just to win something! Oh man do they smell lemony good too. That's what makes freebies so awesome! It's often strains you'd just scroll by, so it almost forces you to try the 'not so popular' strains and they often are hidden gems
You have good points too. There is something to a good looking bud huh?I love a dry trim. I remove large leaves when I hang them. My theory is that I want the buds to shrink before I manicure them so I don't end up taking off more than I have to.
Me and my crazy theories.
I also think that they look nicer.
Especially if you are sharing and don't want your friend to know you are growing. If you break out the non -manicured stuff, they tend to ask questions or say things about it looking home grown. You have good points too. There is something to a good looking bud huh?
I have gone more to plucking. Its faster and if you do it when a plant has been watered recently its really easy and the leaves just snap off. If you catch it on the dry side, it can have stringy strands that are hard to pull off. I go in about 4 or 5 days before a harvest and start plucking, and keep hitting for 10-15 minutes a couple times before 'chop' day. Then when I chop....I cut the colas, bring them upstairs, pluck any remaining fan leaves and thats a wrap. On rare occasion where I have a real leafy plant...I will have to do a little trimming. On those occasions, I do it after I the bud wash and a 2-3 day hang dry (when I cut the bud off the stems). Did I mention how much I hate trimming?I am with you Van... anymore I only trim off the largest fan leaves, and then usually the bottom fan leaf on each bud set and I am done! Yeah right up until you grind it up. I do like the keep a few prime buds that look real nice for when I have friends come over. Other wise, I don't care what it looks like if its just me LOL, its getting ground up or squished! You have good points too. There is something to a good looking bud huh?

You're up real soon again. This weekend?Maybe I'll only manicure half this time, if my OCD doesn't kick in and I go all Edward Scissorhands on them.
I haven't looked at them today. I expect this weekend that they should be ready to go.You're up real soon again. This weekend?
Haha see I can see for your size harvest but ya small dogs find it relaxing crank tunes glove up and grab s drink or medicate heavy. Never be angry again lolI hate trimming....wet, dry, any of it. HATE IT!!
Honestly man, its more about the pain and discomfort in the back, neck, and shoulders. If it didn''t hurt so much, I wouldn't mind it.....especially when high.Haha see I can see for your size harvest but ya small dogs find it relaxing crank tunes glove up and grab s drink or medicate heavy.
