LED's 2018 Wedding Crasher Indoor Grow & Other Adventures!

Can't tell what they look like in blurple anyway! What I can tell is that's a lot of babies o_O.

I did not know my lights where so offensive. Got it! I’ll keep the blurple pics to a minimum.

Some folks have trouble dealing with the bright purple pics (can cause headaches and other not-pleasant effects) and some just don't understand why anyone would take purple pics since every plant looks like every other plant under that lighting!

Some folks think they're cool though but they haven't chimed in yet ;).

No problem I understand, the goal is to document my grow and learn, not to blind my friends! Though I partially disagree, I will not post any more pics with the panels on.

You can post em! I won’t look at them tho - instant headache  Nuthin personal, just functional :ganjamon:

Some phone cameras have a white balance adjusting function that can sometimes be good. Bit of a stuf around tho probably. Chris Scorpio has an amusing thread dissing the blurple lights - just say “no!” he says! :D

Toke? :passitleft:

I understand :) and (I want you to look at my photos lol). I like my LED’s tho, I’ve had great results using them too. But everyone has a preference I’m not upset either way :)!. I spent much of the evening cleaning out 1 gallon pots, getting them ready for the transplant. Then rolled a nice joint of some Blackberry fire and got to relax. I just watered them today so I might not transplant them until Sunday. Give them a bit to dry out still. I did some training on the cookie, I’ll post some pics of that later. Goodnight all!

Thanks for the toke Amy! I can pass out now lol

Anyone else just up pot there plants every 2-4 weeks during veg instead of giving veg nutes? I’ve been doing this the last couple grows and havent really noticed much difference, have any of you? When I finally clone these ladies Maybe I’ll do a side by side comparison between using veg nutes and not. If you do give veg nutes, do you do so immediately after transplant? As you might tell, I’m trying to get away from buying bottle after bottle. In my backyard I don’t give them a single drop and they grow beautifully and massive. None of my plants have got any nutrients so far. I’ve pretty much narrowed mine down to fish mix if I have to use something. Just curious what my 420 fam does, also curious what nutrient lines you do use if you use veg nutes.

The wife likes super soil stlye. Mainly use down to earth brand. In my hydro I use technaflora.

Yea the soil is where it’s at, I think that’s my next move is making and reusing my own soil. Does your wife have a recipe for it or does she just throw it together with her super grow powers? I tried to grow hydro before, never killed a plant so quick in my life! Lol

Here are some shots of the cookie plant I started picking on last night. I use 16 penny nails and some plant wire to tie them down. I push the nails in soil To hold the branches down just enough to give an even canopy. This plant had been topped once and I removed some of the big fan leaves To expose the center to more light. In about a week we prob won’t recognize this plant lol. Also the mutant plant still has three sets of leaves

I have no idea how you turned a cup of nails into a 3-leafed plant! Can you post up a tutorial?

Bring in the soil from your backyard and call it a day!
The lights are fine, it's pics of plants under the lights that are less than perfect!

1) slight of hand. Oldest trick in the book. Get you watching my left hand while keeping a mutant plant up my right sleeve!

2) I’ve thought about it. Lots of possibilities immediately run though my head tho. Possible Bugs in my grow room, ph, drainage in a bag. Something about I’d like to experiment with tho for sure. Know anyone who does that?

3) lol I get it, you don’t like the LED pics.

Here’s a pics of the transplant today. Going to get a Christmas tree in the morning so I decided I needed to get it done tonight. Looking really healthy and happy! In 1 gallon pots now

They looked really happy this morning, the transplant didn't seem to bother them much at all. Even the smaller seedlings I had seemed to catch up a bit more over the last couple days so I am happy to see that. I still have one lil wedding crasher seedling that is just taking its sweet time, ill post a pic of it when I get home, its cute but not what I want to see lol. That gives me 8/10 strong healthy(so far) ones to pick from, I'm hoping for 5 females (fingers crossed!). Ill keep my reviews of the seed company until I see more, only thing I'd rate them on is germination at this point and I would give them a 9/10 because that was my success rate haha!

This is a strain Ive been wanting for a while, I do not usually buy seeds but a few new breeders are starting to emerge here in the Bay Area and with social media platforms like instagram makes their genetics hard to ignore! Ive been wanting the two parent cultivars of wedding crasher for a long time (wedding cake x purple punch). I figured that this should be the best of both worlds so I went with it. Another reason I wanted seeds is because I want to make my own. I have found seeds pretty much every year I grow outside, not on purpose tho haha. I want to cross my favorites and see what new cool new ones I can find.

"High everybody!" Going to pull up a bean-bag herein the back. Good show so far!
Good to have ya Sparks! Thanks for stopping by, this grow should be starting to take off here pretty soon. I'm excited about the genetics I have in this tent, lots of good flavors.

Led, how do you store rosin? For the three days i've had mine, I have notice a pressing can start to dry pretty quick. Do you just press in parchment and store in jar, or? Most of the time I can use what I press in 24 hours.

I have also noticed the stuff is much easier to portion or cut after it's been sitting for about 6 hours.

If your using what you press within a week or even two of pressing it you can use what ever you like. I usually leave it in parchment or a small dab jar I’ve picked up from buying at the dispensary. When I have a larger amount I just keep it in parchment in a ziplock in a cool dark place. You will notice your rosin change consistency sometimes. Especially when pressed at lower temps. But I prefer that kind it’s easier to handle. This is how mine usually ends up. Strain dependent ofcourse
