Atrain thx.
So far I am really liking the new nutrients by Ray Cogo, called Cogos Original. I am using the liquid 1 part. The only thing I noticed it doesn't have in it is sulfur. The cal-mag is low as well. But the stuff is so clean. My water looks like swimming pool water, even after two days. In a clear pitcher, it looks like drinking water.
Here is what I do per gallons of R/O water.
12mL of the 1 part liquid Cogos, 1tsp Epsom salts, and 2mL calmag plus. This gives me a balanced nutrient. The Epsom salts add magnesium and sulfur. Oh, yeah, I am also adding a table spoon of Monster Bloom, a PK booster per 25 gallons of water. This is because the stuff isn't very high in PK, and for flowering, I want it higher. To my res, I also add Drip Clean and Peroxide.
I might start using 1 tsp of Monster Bloom per gallon of water during flower, when used with Cogos.
The PH of Cogos stays extremely stable in the res. I made a fresh 25 gallon batch, ph'd it to 5.5. 24 hours later, it was 5.8, the next day, it was 6.0. I then ph'd it to 5.8. It has remained 5.8 since then, which was more than 24 hours ago.
My buddy has great results with the powder version of Cogos, which is why I decided to try the liquid kind, only because it is more clean for a res.
