Sorry to hear the news about your Mom. That is a terrible diagnosis, but the outlook is not as bad as it was before all the research done with cannabis. Try the oil. I don't feel any buzz if I tack correctly. That might be a little positive news about using the oil. The US Government has a Patent on cannabis for it's use in Alzeimer's and other neurological conditions, so we know it works.

Aw I see I'm joining in at a low point I'm so sorry to hear of your mom LA. It's Really tough dealing with neurological disorders and brain disease. My Dad had a bad fall about 2 years ago at work, that put him in a coma, gives him seizures to this day, broke his back so now he suffers from constant back pain, but the worst part is the brain damage. He can't remember things ever, and just would get SO angry and depressed, drowning it in alcohol, and at first he didn't want my help with cannabis, though I also had to move out here (lost my apartment which my parents were helping me pay for and go to school) and start taking care of him... it just got worse and worse.

But since around Christmas, he's been trying to turn a new leaf, no alcohol, and something I read that could help although I don't have any buds ready, is that you can juice CBD's out of the fan leaves, even if they're only on a veg plant! My dad really likes his juice, and honestly since he started drinking a big cup daily he's much more lucid and less bipolar (although this probably also has a lot to do with quitting alcohol too) and he really things the juice is helping. Maybe you can give it a shot with your mom! My dad loves his juiced with an apple and some kale, maybe a pear or orange thrown in.

Well on with something good! :)

Mr postman dropped part one of my goodies off today. My nice shiny new tent :)

Ok so this is a Black Orchid hydro box!

Firstly it came next day delivery. It arrived in plain black poly bag covering the branded boxing. So stealth is good with this company.

Next we get to a few simple first reactions etc.

All poles are metal, all corner sections are metal, and all are painted with a tough coating of white paint.
The poles are good quality and have a push pin locking connection fitting for joints!
Now Ive always ran Secret Jardin with tents.... well I haven't even opened this up and I can say its far, far better quality! !! :)
It has more poles and better stronger construction. So I have zero concerns over it taking my big light! :) :)

The carry case is a nice touch for keeping all clean and tidy etc. Then as you can see in the pic I got a nice little surprise of a little scrog net thrown in! :)

Ill obviously do a real and full write up on this product when I get her up in a week or so! :)

Not sure on fan and can yet. They will be coming along over the next week I hope :)

Hi LA,

Looking at the picture the frame looks allot like my gorilla tent. Do you know how much weight the frame is rated for. If these are cheaper, this could be a nice alternative to the spendy gorilla tents.

My tent is a revised model and the weight tolerance isn't therefore listed as neither is this actual tent lol.
The lower of their sized tents in the same range are listed at 30kg, the bigger are listed at 50kg.
My big ass 1200 Budmaster is 20kg and I doubt you get much heavier with lights. :) This leaves ample for the fan and can! :)

Hey Dennise, yep it looks like its a sturdy bugger of a tent! :)

Now for a little update :)

I've got a load of new bubbas all Green Crack.
The flux girl has had 2 limbs decapitated lol. It just means I take half of the topped end off to get one continuing limb.

The flower girl looks like crap, due to the big PH foook up thanks to my meter packing up!! The buds look nice and healthy just leaves are shot!
All the little ones are getting thrown into flower way early. But needs must :(

The tent honestly looks to be loads better than my mates secret Jardin jobby. Not bad on the price at around £150. Its the pushpin bit I like, together with the extra number of main poles for sturdiness! :) I hope to get her up as soon, just waiting to get the second half; the fan and filter. Then Ill get all setup, also I should finally have the BM strips in and Ill be rigging it all up

It sounds cool mate, are you using the strips as low level side lighting or having them up in the roof?

Hmmm.. to be honest lol Im thinking low level side lighting! :) My 1200 when full GOD aint going to need anything to top it up for above lighting :) :)
The light suits a bigger tent so I'm going for a bit of overkill :)
Im then going with my wave light schedule idea lol. hopefully I wont screw all my first big run up :) (if you dont try you dont know) :)
