So I got back today from the industry event i was lucky to get an invite to. It was really awesome event and great to catch friends i hadnt seen in a cpl of years.
So I was able to kit myself out some. Ive a new larger tent at around 2.5-3 x 2.5-3 got to measure up proper before choosing our best fit. Then we have lighting lol, well im back to being capable of demonstrating my love of lumens. Soon ill have 2 315 cmh lamps, some quantum boards, some brand new tech from Budmaster and then another led company sending me a few lamps. ALL WILL be in the flower zone. Then Ive got a multi fan controller that is just an amazing bit of kit. Then nutrients is also sorted for some time. Also mycos etc. Then in a little while ill be getting more environmental controls but this one has realtime data analysis and AI lol. So yep dream lighting segup coming soon to this thread.
 
Sounds like things are coming together for u bid, happy for ya brother!
 
LA sounds like you had a great day, I as everyone can’t wait to see the set up sounds hi tech it’s good to see people using the latest gear and giving honest opinions on in as for most of us we have to pay a fortune for it and hope it does what they recon it can do, I think it’s fair and you deserve to get it for nothing as you will get the best out of the gear to prove its worth, we are all striving to have a perfect environment and any tools that can help achieve this is really good knowledge especially if it can do it automatically with no agg once set as this summer has been the hardest thing so far I have dealt with changing stuff consistently to deal with it, fucking nightmare,so get that room going as I am starting to get a semi lol and good luck with it.
 
So folks we may be changing it up some for the setup....
Not sure ill bother with quantum boards as i just sorted a deal for 5 x 600w led units. So the setup will be; center = budmaster new lamp probs 1000w ?? (cutting edge shit i kid you not) then 2 x 315 cmh one either side center. Then 1 x 600 unit per corner quadrant of the tent. So around 4000w of lighting going in. Or do you think i could drop some more light in a 2.5-3 x 2.5-3 m space??
Ill run a dehumidifier and 4 x16 inch fans for circulation plus my big girl for under canopy air movement. All that through my new control system that learns stuff as it goes lol.

Anyway the kit is nice and all but its the little things i love most. Like a Mamoth hat and t shirt + grinder. Plus some weed from the US via Snoops people was really nice.
 
Yeah the swag is nice lol. Although to be honest ive never been one to go after anything much before. You see lots of growers who get noticed immediately tryin to grab everything for free. I turn stuff down if i cant use it straight away. So as its unusual everyone was more than happy when im finally in need of stuff and simply asked.

Also got an invite off a major light company to fly me out to Amsterdam for a tour of facilities and then get shown the dam proper. So that should be fun.

Give me a week or 2 for delivery etc and my new playpen should be up and running
 
After explaining the new play pen I have a full blown woody sounds the dogs nuts I don’t think 4000 watts is to much especially if you want to grow monsters they will need all the par they can get that’s a 1000 watts per 4x4 roughly which a lot of people run, loads of par = loads of bud and that’s your goal, so get it up before I shoot my load lol
 
Well folks soon ill be playing hard at this growing lark. Im assembling my own little team around me.
Ive already got my grow buddy providing me a large new flower room. Then Ive my other pal who's gonna be my extracts guy. He's got a top flight closed loop system and is very talented. (Diamonds and sources a plenty) ill be stepping in to get his garden ticking along in my sort of style. Then ill be fixing his space out with some nice new gear etc.
Should be great as he's got a 10,000w flower space. So im kicking stuff up a gear soon on a few different levels.
Once ive hunted wave after wave of new unreleased strains and gotten myself a minimum of say 10 strains all elite cuts then its time to stamp my mark on all uk cups with a vengeance!

Then not forgetting my adventures into all things high brix with Doc bud lending a hand, as I see what i can produce using his stuff. Im lookinv forward to this a lot as it'll be a new learning curve for me and with doc himself lending a hand Im sure ill put on a good show!
