Well my peoples :) now I'm back from Spain things can get going in here again! I've some new strains to play with now so should be fun! ;)

Don't you have like a posse or something that does your trimming for you? I always imagined you walking around at Spanabis like a rockstar with your entourage. With a personal secreatry at your side at all times, "Mr Light, your appointment with the HSO team has been moved so you can lead the panel on training"...

Ha lol, I got rid of my trimming party people as they're crap at it and take to long ;) my plant OCD and need for control kind of obviously leaches out into most aspects of my growing! :)
As for a crew at the shows lol, I don't really do the usual thing of chasing people and striving to get equipment. Nearly every single grower who visits etc goes nuts. I've seen so many folks stalking the big companies angling for free stuff. My outlook is different maybe as Ive seen both sides to the industry a little more then most. WE are the ones with the power! Its not me that needs a big seed companies support but the other way around ;)
I also get all my work done at the hotel on the first night, most of the industry stay in the same spot as us so whilst having a drink I get all my networking sorted and all my next years stuff lined up on that first night!
So for the actual expo I'm just drinking, smoking and dabbing and just bumming about catching up with friends and shooting the breeze. :)

Thinks went better than my wildest dreams this time around :) wish I could share what exactly went down but let's just say I'll be earning a legit wage out of the industry soon as got offered a job! :)

LA, good luck with your move, never fun! I have been here for twelve years and growing outside with some success depending on my level of paranoia :rofl: I had the pleasure of trimming some plants with BID and Spiffy three years ago. We worked most of the day and completed what we needed to. Looking forward to your journal posts my friend and good luck with your future endeavors!
