Now that sounds good!Beef bone marrow soup! Super good for you! Very tasty! That lasagna with brisket sounds awesome too! Haha! Kind of a weird grow journal hugh? Recipes and plants...well...maybe not. I often want to eat when I partake! :p

I have been jonesing some of my homemade turkey soup. The broth is the key. I generally simmer my broth for minimum of 12 hours.....24 is even better if I have the time. So damn good! I might have to pick up a turkey just so I can make some soup!

My house smells so good right now! I had some turkey thighs and a chicken...

I got the girls a present. My humidity has been really low. I am tired of DIY humidity controls. Time to treat the girls to what they really need! Diva's want what they gotta have! Upgraded my humidity and temp monitor too!

Nice, should make the environment a little simpler now.
I feel bad. The whole house is dry. I keep zapping the cats when I touch them. I have humidifiers going for all of us now!

I will post some pics of the girls tomorrow. In less than a week I will give the girls their first drench of Doc's TP and tea!

I raised the lights tonight to keep it at 18", Dorm Grow 240s. I have two of them in my 2 x 4 tent plus a red booster for when I flip. The tent at lights off is 67 degrees F. I have low temps in my laundry room where I have them.

I was toying with the idea of getting a small heater and decided for now it really should be spring time for them. The temps are supposed to flux. If the temps at lights off do not start to increase soon, I will add some heat gradually. They don't seem to mind, and I don't think it's a problem, it just will take longer.

I actually like the idea of controlling temp, humidity, and light strength to simulate nature.

Pics tomorrow I think. Time for bed. It's a snow day tomorrow in New England. 1 foot of snow or more possible. It will be a good day for movies and picture taking! Nite all! I'm sleeping in! :passitleft:

It's a snow day here in Underland! Good morning all! Grab a cup of coffee from the pot! The snow is coming down sideways outside the window. For a brief time the world outside my apartment looks clean and new. The snow acts like paint to cover the impurities of city living. I love nature!

The girls are just amazing I have to say. 25 days old now. My last two grows can't compare. The only change is Doc Bud's Kit and soil per Doc's instruction. :adore:

When you look at the pic's, notice how nice and full the undergrowth is. I am going to top and try to train these girls. I'm a bit nervous. I've never really done that before. :slide:I think I might top them and start training when I give them there first drench in 5 days. Feel free to interject! I'm all ears!

The room temp is 67-68 F lights out and 72-74 lights on. The humidity was running about a constant 27 without added controls. I just put in the humidifier and dialed in 40% for the setting. Don't you just love technology?:battingeyelashes:

The lights are at 18". Dorm grow recommends 12-24 for these lights. Enjoy my lovely's! :passitleft:

Okay...was looking at my last journal. I want everyone to see the difference that Doc Bud's Kit is making. Here is my last grow at 21 days for comparison...Wow! Bigger, greener, stronger stem, nice close sets of leaves.

I started both my grows in Rapid Rooters to germinate. I used 4" pots for the 1st potting up on my last grow and used 1 gallon containers per Doc's guidelines for this one.

Last grow I used FF Ocean Soil mixed with perlite. This grow I used PRO-MIX HP mixed with Doc's amendment and cooked it for 30 days.

I just planted the girls right in the cooked mix straight with a little of Doc's Roots sprinkled in the hole and watered in with a little of Doc's Transplant. I probably should have added a little of Doc's Tea, but sometimes my ability to follow directions is flawed!

I really really like the health of these plants! I know the Super Lemon Haze has a reputation for her BIG scent, but I am impressed that I can smell the terpenes this early!

Wow!:slide::slide::slide:

I will be happy when the site gets the blogs up and running again. I miss Doc's and Dark Scotia's summary!

Your Welcome,
They are looking beautiful, big difference between the two grows.
Thanks OL! I am super excited about the difference!

@weenmeoff has a condensed version of the summary which he posted in a couple of journals. Maybe he will see the tag and post it for you.
The blogs will come back, they have saved our old ones but the new software did not come with a blog feature. 420 has his people working on a script for them.
Thanks OL! Ween posted it for me back on 03/04. I have been reviewing that again. It's great that he saved that! I recall the alternating nodes and Doc's method for defoliating too. So much to remember. It will come as second nature eventually!
