LadyGaea's Cannaversary Grow - Tangielope & Super Lemon Haze With High Brix

I'll let doc field that one Amy but am sure some kind of flush would not hurt.

I went back and saw "Tonight was 20 mil of TP and 3mil of Tea to 2 gal water" if this was for both plants then maybe she gave 2 gallons between both plants with the Cat which is not that bad. The basics break down to 1ml per gallon of soil but with GE and Transplant you could double that for very heavy feeders but NOT with the Cat, I think .5ml to 1ml per gall. Of soil is what you want. I've seen a lot confused about gallons of soil vs gallons of water. Please correct me Doc if I am off base.

LG - let us know how many total ml of cat each plant got.

Out of curiosity, could adding straight water to them now minimise that risk at all?

First, how much CAT did your plants get?

One of the problems with flusing after a watering is that you drown the roots and create even more damage.

I'll be able to advise better when I know how much each plant actually got.

Also, where did you see that dosage recommendation? I don't recall ever saying such a thing and want to make sure that if other folks are saying things they aren't leading people down the wrong path. This place can be a horrible rumor mill at the drop of a hat......

Excellent Lady G, brava! :bravo:

I laughed out loud genuinely when I heard the story about the husband jumping from the plants. Then concerned about the so called grinding in the dishwasher, was priceless. Man that made me smile, you really have a way with storytelling. Happy to see your oily pictures...hahahaha
Your recipe's are engaging, what would you think of doing a lasagna but using cannabis leaves layered with the cheese and pasta. I always get so hungry when I visit your journal, I can smell you cooking from here.

Keep up the passion for your grow, others will judge us until they want some...it's just a matter of time and compassion.

:circle-of-love:

It was LadyGaea who just gave CAT drenches ;)
I haven’t started my first kit grow yet... I was just asking out of curiosity...
Thanks re the tip about ‘flushing’ - that makes sense :thumb:

15 mil per gallon of water.....where did you get that calculation? What did this work out as total?
Sorry. I actually mix
yup.

I'm worried she's gonna burn those plants......[/QUOT] Holy crap! Just had a mini break down! No need to panic! I used 1 tbs which is only 15 mil in 2 gallons of water an 3 mil of tea. What I get for staying up late. They are 10 gallon pots. Sorry guys!

I'm an ass
Wait, was the 15ml of cat plus 3ml of tea in 2 gallons divided between both plants? If so, perfect! If not, it's a little strong but I don't think that bad.
yes! I am such an ass!

Hey LG... so those trash can shaped pots... you know thier dimensions ?
They look so much bigger than my 10 gallon. I’m wondering if the shape is throwing off my perception or something. My 10gal is about 15” across by 15” tall... I can double check but pretty sure that’s right. I use around 1.5gal of water for a 10. If you don’t know or don’t have the time to check, no worries!!

Ok...now that I am home in front of my computer and not fighting my dinky iPhone in the car...I had a mini-meltdown until I looked up the conversion of oz to mil. I used 1 tablespoon which is 1/2 ounce to the 2 gallons of water with 3 mils of the tea and split between the 2 -10 gallons and a little for the catnip plants.
So...15 mils in 2 gallons of water of the Cat...Mea Culpa!

I will see if the moderator can edit my post. It won't let me. I knew I couldn't have been that stupid.

So a miss-type is waaaay better than a miss-measure hey!? :p

You’re all good there m’Lady

Did someone say something about the plain water and whether it gets Tea or not? Can someone clarify that (I’m going back to the directions to see...)?

:Namaste:
Lol...I know! Whew! I reported the post so it gets the edit added to it! I was fighting with my phone in the car and it kept copying texts I didn't want and I kept losing what I typed. We have some massive crappy roads here....wanted to throw the frickin thing out of the window! Now that I'm not panicking...I guess it was comical. Hubby wasn't amused by my language though...lol:rofl: The Good Witch Glinda didn't make an appearance at all today...only the Wicked Witch of the West! Gotta love steroids...they really are Satan's tic tacs. I'm all over the place and I can't sleep...if I'm not spazzing out or having volcanic hot flashes...I want to peel my face off. How's that for a visual? lol

I looked them up on line. I got that at H Depot. I drilled a bunch of drainage holes in the bottom. I like the handles and the lip to help with tying them down.

Hi Amy! Unless it's new, plain water does not get tea even if you do 1/4 trans which is plain water plus 1/4 the normal amount of TP NOT a 1/4 ounce.

Perfect, thanks for clarifying! Daj is right, those pots look huge! Probably because we are used to seeing large trash cans that look just like that, ha.
LOL...They do look huge! I like them alot!

Awesome, thanks! Yep... that 2" height difference is what was throwing me off. I love the look of them, and your ladies of course. You're doing a great job!

I think lasagna is a great option for adding leaves too. I put spinach in my cheese mixture...mmmmmm. I'm also going to use some in pesto when I harvest my basil. Yum yum!:yummy: Maybe add some to my Bolognese sauce. Cannabis works well in a tomato base. In fact...my tortellini salad with veggies and dry sausage would be perfect too.

I gotta get busy with more recipes...:ganjamon: Hungry again!
