This week I saw horses, eagles, hawks, ravens, cats, dogs AAAAND A BEAR with two cubs. The cubs were hiding I only got a glimpse of them. I feel like when I’m spending time with nature, boom all is silent and peaceful. I don’t feel broken, in fact, my sensories are on HIGH alert and I can hear and see everything.

This has very much turned into a thread of resilience, reverence and recovery. I don't know how I do it, but it's happening because you have my back...so I'm able to face forward. That is the best way to help a brain patient, like a guide dog for the blind, you guys guide my blind brain in the areas where I can't see or understand. Who knew this could even be done.
