Lady G - Seedsman Sponsored Grow - Sweet Coffee Ryder

:peace:What’s Update Seedsman Sponsored Journal - How Does Your Garden Grow? – 100% Organic Garden & Brain Rehab – April 4, 2018

:green_heart:Hello 420 Family & Supporters,:Namaste:

Although I had a super amazing weekend catching up with a dear friend, this week my tummy is sick, diverticular disease and IBS makes me homebound. So let's just focus on the super amazing growness I have surrounding me because it's all I ever think about and get's me outta bed and smiling.

Both ladies are still taking feedings regularly, no slowing down with nutes now. I rotated the ladies hoping to give you a different perspective but it all looks the same to me. The indica is fatter than the sativa, but the sativa is reaching for the sky and is still throwing out pistils as seen in this lower bud site.

* Much Love Sweet Coffee Lovers!

Great job Lady G. They are really looking good. Amazing amount of white flowers which should equate to lots of good meds.

*Thanks Troy, I'm elated for the modest amount I will have.

Fantastic job LadyG - love your work.

*You are always welcome here, :welcome: Bizz, glad to have you along. I gotta say, you grow very much like my first mentor, Stinky Snid, rockets he grew, just like you. Pull up a comfy chair, there is oil to your right, and friends to your left. Either way, it's nothing but grow times here. :surf:

Wow! Nice buds Lady!!:bravo:

@Amy Gardner Great question you ask...this was one of my first questions I listed at the beginning of my journal when I studied this strain. The breeder listed it as Sativa, but Seedsman listed it as Indica. When in fact, you get BOTH, one seed indica, one seed sativa, third seed???. Two completely different phenotypes in one strain, and they are both beautifully fragrant, I couldn't choose one over the other.

When I write my report on this strain, I will recommend they list it as BOTH because it's like getting the best of both worlds really. Having an Indica & Sativa in the same seed pack, makes for a very diverse grow, under the same name. Cool beans. I never knew this could happen, but it did. If I didn't overwater my third seed I would have had more answers for you.

Thanks for being here. :green_heart:

My Lebanese Landrace can produce both Sativa and Indica expressions.

I am in awe that a strain can have both and I got to experience that. It's a special project in my eyes. I would describe this as a Coffee & Pastry flavanoids extravaganza. Or that's wishful thinking on my part. hahahaha:drool:

Don't sell yourself short. I'm guessing your going to get a minimum of 1 1/2 - 2 Ounces per plant.

*That sure would be nice. :thanks:

High Lady G2,

Very interesting. indica or sativa. The only way to know for sure - smoke some and see how it affects you. My guess would be a sativa strain. Columbian Gold crossed with ruderalis. CG is 75% sativa. Some of the offspring (25%) will develop indica characteristics, whether from the ruderalis or from indica genes in the CG.If from the ruderalis, buds will still smoke like a sativa. So, a small percentage for an indica.

Anyway, you mentioned about diverticulitis and crohne's . So, now I'm curious about your diet. But, that's off topic, so I'll bid you a good day and great health.

Oh, great nugs, I think DocBud would like those, lol. Nice job!

High Lady G2,

My day off today. Researching medical things today. I happened on this site and wondered if you'd run across this one.

www medicalmarijuanainc.com/alzheimers-disease/

I changed the syntax to make it allowable here (i think). I'll send in a pm just in case. Lots of info giving more hope to alzheimer's patients. Seems like you're doing really well. You give hope to those who may develop the disease, and will use cannabis as a medicinal therapy.

I usually associate that coffee smell and taste with Indicas, the Sativa will be interesting.

*I totally agree PW, I never thought there would be a sativa let alone being dominant in coffee tones.

So were the phenotypes labeled as such, or is it just how they popped out?
I get that different phenotypes can occur - just wondering if you knew beforehand. Or if you only know because of the traits they’re showing. Inquiring minds want to know. :)

*I totally didn't know before hand. I read two different descriptions not knowing what I was going to get. I figured it would be one or the either. I didn't know until the 3rd week when I could see the different fan leaf patterns happening. Then I called it right away saying these are two completely different phenos, which made me wonder how my environment was going to handle the taller one. I went into it not knowing at all. :surf:

Nice looking girls you got going G2HM. Should end up some good meds for sure

*Thanks DB, I'm so grateful, more meds, less time in bed. :):thanks:

*That's really great info about CG, tasting and smoking will be the only way I can truly identify the phenos. At least my brain will have a fun time regardless. I'm very curious if mixing the indica with sativa is the true magic potion of this strain.

*I don't have chrones, but I have the very painful Diverticular Disease and IBS. My diet is limited to whole foods and soft food, especially juices and muffins. I try not to eat more than a handful at one time, and I snack, not eat big plates of food. This is another reason why Cannabis is so good for me, it treats the pain and relaxes my body at the same time. You can see why I was happy that Indica was my main strain for body and brain. Sativa's give me an uplifting feel so I make sure to have 20% in every oil.

*I'm very happy with my result, I made it through an entire auto cycle, where did the time go. :thanks::nomo::circle-of-love:

*Awwww, you can post here anytime with links about ALZ, and thank you for sharing your sentiments. I am still having trouble reading research terms, but I will start up soon enough, thanks for the encouragement Bode. :hugs:

Been in bed for a few days but I'm on the mend and sitting up finally. The ladies were winking at me, I had to see what the sparkle was all about.

Ooooh - twinkling and sparkling indeed! :slide:

made it through an entire auto cycle, where did the time go.
I know - it’s insane isn’t it!? I can see why some folks do it all the time. ONce you have it dialed in it seems pretty efficient - just super speedy, so less scope for recovery from error or mishap...

They’re looking very exciting. Pistils are starting to turn... :yummy:

@Amy Gardner - I'm definitely gonna keep going with autos, thank goodness I didn't give up before. Now I think I can handle this speed of growing but with a slightly bigger pot. I think 3 gallon would be perfect, I'd like to move to 5 gallon but we'll see. I'm diggin' the fast turnaround for sure.

@DrDoob - Thanks so much, I am gonna keep them going as long as I can. I love your Avatar btw.

Guess they need to change it from twinkle twinkle little star, to twinkle twinkle gigantic colas.... Nice work lady g. Love the frost building for ya!
