:welcome:to :420: PTSD 4 ME:).....My wife/ Lady Bud asked me to come and answer your question:)lol.....while in veg i myself and her defol every couple of days:).....in my experience the more you defol the more they come back.....i cant really say that i have noticed any recovery period as they are growing out quick enough to defol....maybe every 3 days....sometimes 4-5.......but plan to stop defol at least a week before flip to 12/12 to make sure they are recovered if there is any needed:)......once in flower....at about day 21 or when the strecth phase has stopped i do a defol........used to be very heavy, but lately i have not taken as many as normal at week 3.....instead i take about half of what i want to normally.....then after that i take as necessary.....where i see a bud being covered and i cant tuck the leaf then i take it.......i follow Bassman's Defol style.....for the most part.....the more i do it the more i feel like i am understanding the needs of the girls:).....

I can't say much my BBFF (best boy friend forever) stayed here a whole weekend and my attention was on bbff a couple weeks ago. Tit for tat:high-five:
