Yep. And because you've essentially isolated the CBD, you can play with the THC level and strain (for different terpene profiles) to find what works best.

Its amazing how many of us whom never dreamed we would, become chemists, horticulturalists, research scientists, and guinea pigs to perfect and prove this plant...no government grants, no big outside interest funding, just self paid for perfection and sharing gets it done!:thumb:

Quick update:

Here is the tent as of the 29th. Blue Dream CBD is nearing harvest and the flush began yesterday. There were two hempies in the tent, but NL #1 turned out to be a male.....off he went to live in a dark corner of the basement until I figure out what to do with him. I had wanted to get some pollen off this guy to breed with one of my C99 girls, but they are no where near flowering yet. Still pondering my next move...

NL #2 is confirmed a girl! :yahoo:

Yer Blue Dream looks fantastic....

When yer Boy Flowers, just save his pollen in the freezer if the girls arnt ready for babies. I have a TON of pollen from Cheech... Not sure why I have 3 clones from him either...LOL

I cut the Candida CBD dose in half and all seems okay so far. It will be very interesting to see how the Blue Dream CBD 1:1 works as FHO, and I'll experiment different ratios of it with the Candida oil. Really hoping she will be ready for harvest on Thursday. Chop, Chop! :laughtwo:

and the Genetic Engineering starts today

I just prepped 5 samples to test the THC/CBD, am a bit nervous, but im ready to place the Solvents in test tubes and get errrrr Done

Im doin 2 oils. Same CBDutch Treat but 2 seperate Oil Creations. One is the FHO and the Other is Low-n-Slo flower, dried not cured, in a 36hr 170deg process

So I hope Ill have some Test info for ya soon Hun

Take a mirror and shake the branchs of your male above it. Pollen will fall onto the mirror where you can scrape it up to put in the freezer. Make sure no air is moving and the branches are close to the mirror. You may have to bust some of the pods to get the pollen inside. Remember water will kill pollen and you need to clean the area well afterwards. Change all your clothing before you tend to the girls.

The water comment makes me really curious about something Jorge Cervantes said in a video about creating a wall of water for the Male Room. Have you ever heard of this or seen it? I can't envision what that setup would look like.

Speaking if germination it's now been six days since I've planted my seed in a cube starter been keeping it outside on my patio for warmth but not any real sunlight just placed it in my tent because I forgot that the last plant I had it was outside all day soaking up the sun to sprout her little leaves what do you guys think or have to help out with my method

Some seeds are slower to pop their heads up than others, but light will be needed as soon as they do come up.

If you can, it might be better to bring the seeds inside to a temperature controlled environment to give them a good start. They generally like it warm and a heat mat can help if your area is cooler or drafty. But this may be taken care of if you have already moved them to the tent.

Northern Lights Hempy - Day 16 Flower

Here she is after two flowering clones were taken and a trim to neaten her up. She has a lovely shape to her that allows light penetration. I haven't done any training other than topping once in veg and now a light defol on the underside. :blushsmile:

1. Top right hand corner - click Settings

2. Choose Settings again

3. Left side of page will be "My Settings" tab in green. Go to My Account and choose General Settings

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to "Miscellaneous Options"

5. Choose (Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing)
