Sounds like I may do 1500 watters instead even for more lumens per square foots! And probably using 10" venting instead of 8" like I used too. Got pics from a couple days ago but I'll just take new ones tomorrow now.

Looks spectacular Kron.

Question. You said your old room was 4200 watts in flowering. Was that with T5s or a MH or HPS or a combination?

Reason I ask is that I never see people use T5s for flowering. I always wondered if they were effective, always heard they weren't.

I only use fluorescents because I'm out of the house all day and I don't want to worry about it. I'm naturally curious when I see a grow with fluoros.

Wingman420 - Sure is! I'm camping outside harvest time but those numbers are cozy room right there. Yeah next year I'm going to Oaksterdam to take classes and try reach honors while I'm there. Probably going to take all the UniCann courses too. I better post some new porn today! The fresh clones put outside are taking off, within 12 hours overnight I recorded 1" growth on a shoot with Catpiss!

zzoomm100 - My old room in flowering was HPS with 600/1000w Eye Hortilux Super HPS bulbs n some of the 1000w Solarmax too. It was always a perpetual harvest, and with as much as I've smoked then, I don't even know how much I ever yielded. I'm sure 5lbs every 2-3 months. :) These indoors here are T-5's, yield is lower can't say around how much yet, maybe half a HPS, but also no 1500 ppm co2. T-5's are very useful if you are limited on temperature, ventilation, etc for a budget plug-n-play stystem. I just run a 6" inline fan going outside and have a fan blow around the room with a door I just blanket over at night.

Captain Kronic-Ahhh you can't beat the great old outdoors! But the weather get's to 'em here matey! Moist environmented ocean grown stuff here buddy and I've had some nasty winds with that night and morning dew... BUT MONSTERS yes. :rasta: When I switch rooms I'll have plants this big indoors.


siscokid-Lay off the 'buddered' popcorn, more is coming (how I ever wanna make a batch of budder... bubblehash later though!!!). Just taking my sweet time lol. Doing :MoreNutes: and :blunt:, yeah that. :)


UPDATE
All my mother plants are in the smaller growroom now, some were moved to the bigger that were flowering in that room beforehand and some were harvested and put on my cable box, I bet the cable guy loves me with all the stoney stuff when those things get returned. :tokin: The bigger growroom now has a 1000w Eye Hortilux Super HPS, Humboldt Wholesale Vulcan 1000 magnetic coil ballast, and a Sun Sytem EconoGro Reflector mounted in the middle. Also, just did last night, have a carbon filter hanging very close to the ceiling attached from my 6" outtake fan (NGW EcoPlus Supreme 6" inline fan), my temperature went from 88 with the new 1000w setup (which was starting to stress them) down to 83 with the carbon filter (Can-Filter CAN 66) in it's position. For hanging the carbon filter I just mounted 6 Twist-N-Locks from home depot in the drywall, got some circle hooks, 3 appropriate bungee cords n wala! Pics in awhile. :Hookah: I have 65 plants flowering indoors

They also have VHO T5 Fluoro's, I'm upgrading to that for veg and flower light supplementing sometime. I'm thinking the 4' 4 or 8 bulb units should perform just like a new 400watter digital MH. I would go that route buddy & they even make ones enclosed in glass and able to be ducted to 4 or 6" diamater. You can do it with them T5 HO's no doubt just don't expect much over 0.5gpw. I'm thinking VHO is the extra love they need. ;)

Harvesting my indoor October 7th! Uploading a lot of pics soon enough no worries buddies! ;) I don't know if I said this yet, but I got 2 ounces off my 2 outdoor ATF's, mold was starting to take it's course. Bout a week and a half ago, no pics of it though I was in a rush didn't want it taking hold. :blunt: Good stuff regardless. Indoors Jam, a leftover Afghan from the earlier growroom, and two runt Big Buds were harvested, I'll get back on the weight with those in a few days probably do pictures at the same time.

Changing that up things have come up, October 13th indoor will be harvested, outdoors are gonna tough it out as long as they can, trimming of anything starting to mold. I cover them up with clear furniture drapes now because of that. :lot-o-toke: Have allot of good smoke right now though. :rollit: Harvesting the 13th will put everything in that room at 1 day under 10 weeks for those keeping track lol. :ganjamon: Keep bongin everyone meantime! :bongrip: The indoors already been flushing for 2 weeks! Little over a 3 week flush said and done should be A+ smoke. :yahoo:

Outdoors the plants will be harvested the 21st, this coming Thursday at night before rain comes as mold has been a battle since they got any sort of density having to poncho the plants at night. Indoor was harvested plants weighing between 7-28 grams guesstimate will bring totals later of the room output. I got a buttload of pics just been busy trimming, drying, curing, new plants, transplanting, changing to veg, and all of that + responsibilities I had before. Have pics throughout the cycle indoors with closeups, I have to match the dates to flowering days, ID strains, and all that so it's going to take me a little time still going to work it up in word first it will be a long post. I have some magnificent bud, you can check it out and vote for me at nug & plant of the month in contests section, there's sooo many great entries this month it's one worth looking at maybe participating sometime too! There fun. :thumb:

Catpiss clones I recieved at a nearby dispensary a member happened to drop off a few, my luck! The small Catpiss plants outdoors are totaly purple leaves and buds!!! It is 100% San Diego Catpiss.

That indoor room ended up yielding 2 1/2lbs without co2 and the room usually always in the 80's. Earlier I might of said the small closet yielded pretty much a QP so you can add that. Outdoors is pretty much a QP a plant, I got the numbers for some, finishing trimming some small buds still.
Outdoor- Jam(133.2g), Scarlet Fire(125.7), Big Bud (139.1), others arn't totally added up.
Indoor- Big Bud(2oz), Scarlet Fire(2.5oz), Afghan(9oz), Trainwreck & Widow(25oz) = 2.4lbs

Pics another day, some people I know are troubled right now, so I'm sidetracked with that and continuing the grow... I got some new nutes that I switched too, and also upgraded from the liquid pH test kit to the Milwaukee SM802 tri-meter, I love it, had a Hanna awhile back and hated it (maybe the higher end models are better?), used one of these and knew I had to have one ever since. Beautiful plants this coming go around trust me I can't wait to show you! ;) House & Garden Soil A/B is the base nutes I use now, then I add horsepower from there! What's in the garden now is leftover revegs for optional mothers and ATF, SD Catpiss, Cotton Candy Kush, Blue Dream, and a few of the first Big Bud (aka Big Bud A now) again. The others that reveged and that may get flowered could be any of the following: Purple Kush, Pure Kush, Pineapple, Mr. Nice, Maui Wowie, Jack Herer, Headband, GDP, Diablo, Pre-98' BK, Big Bud B, and Afghan B.

I've tried the Scarlet Fire for Indoor and Out it is somewhat harsh just the strain. Good and gorgeous stuff though! My avatar right now is one of the many purple tops on my outdoor SF. Dried it's not really noticeable just really f'in frosty stuff bra! ATF still bitch slaps it.
