Kismet Goes Gonzo For The Kind

One of the things i learned while traveling in europe and beyond was how to roll a spliff. I know when you start talking about spliffs most people don't really get it here stateside. It's a skill few here have i found. Most of them over there can only get hash.So they tend to roll with tobacco and hash. Popped into one of the smoke shops and saw they had Spliff cones. They also had Ocb rolling papers which was the preferred paper to roll with.(Will pick some up later). The cones make it a bit easier until you get your fingers trained. I would use anywhere from 2 to 5 ocb papers to roll with. Depending on how many people were present. Of course i used herb and hash with the cones because it was handy but typically would use tobacco over there. (Preference was american cig or two busted down). In a pinch we would use Drum or whatever. Also the hash over there was different. Tended to be hard not soft and sticky like here. So you would hit with a lighter and sprinkle it on the tobacco before rolling,

you are right in both the joints / spliffs and how the hash behaves when using it. Its been more than a decade since I tried anything from the Riff mountains, when it gets here its been cut more than once with all sorts of unhealthy stuff like soap, motor oil or old car tires.

I still roll my spliffs with tobacco but I buy rolling tobacco, actually a danish brand called Escort. Its a big difference from cigs, the loose tobacco is a little more damp than cigs and not as strong to smoke. I just make them in a rolling machine, so they are short as cigs and therefor more of a spliff than a joint. I'm always by my self so they are perfect for me.

Would be fun to hear more about your adventure here in Europe, I'm guessing you stopped by in Amsterdam? :laughtwo:
