King's True Grow: Autos, Mars Hydro LED 900, Tent, Pro Mix

Hey KJ, can I hijack for a second? Am I better off continuing to dry in temps too high or should I jar it now and put it in the fridge (don't have anything for the tops but the lids). Then when I get home Friday I can go back to slow drying. It's been 48 hours, mostly in temps above 80° and as high as 87°.

Hey no problem

I really am not 100% sure as new to me as well kinda learning as I go. But here is. Link is asking that question in.

Also check out the bud washing thread as well..

I read the bud washing thread but I can't be bothered with all those buckets for 1 plant at a time! I went with the H2O2 from Jorge and that's probably good enough for me.

Not sure I can apply Ziggy's methods at this point, as he puts his in the fridge immediately after chopping and mine has already been drying in high-ish heat for 48 hours (not like it's 95°!). I'm concerned about losing much more humidity from the buds in open-top jars. I'll give the stems a bend tonight and see what they tell me. If it was a bungled dry then it was a lesson learned (to check out the AC issues before you go on vacation!).

On the plus side, it doesn't smell like hay!

I have to admit that I haven't read all 101 pages, but the thread is based on a discussion of a 3 bucket system with the first bucket having room temp water with the lemon juice and baking soda. The second bucket has the hottest water you can get from the faucet, which is pretty vague given how sensitive the trichs are to heat (as mentioned in the discussions of drying too hot). The last bucket is the coldest water you can get.

That's two more buckets than I wanted to get involved with. I'll stick with one bucket (tray) with H2O2 that should do a good job of cleaning whatever needs to be cleaned, and hose-rinsed afterwards.

Hey Joe, did that taster from the skunk. Its a nice head buzz right now but i can feel the indica as well. Its a clear high not foggy. Not much taste but that should improve once properly dried and cured.
