More in the middle between the two big ones so same distance but getting hit more with that extra red in back so if the plant is looking up it's in between the two lights , if that makes sense

If it weren’t in flower, I’d say excess nitrogen, but I didn’t remember the difference in lollipopping and ponytailing. Ha! No really, someone on my first grow mentioned to much nitrogen and my plants edges looked just like that.
