Just have to jump in quick to say neem is no good to smoke so not recommended for plants in flower. Spinosad up until 16 days before harvest for mites, aphids, thrips. The holes are caterpillars and where there are caterpillars there can be mold, so BT spray up until harvest (assuming you will be washing your plants per usual) and it's organic as well.

Reflector 144 pushes 298 watts at wall penny and beside t will be a popular grow 300 watt about 122 true from
Well I believe . So 420 ish watts have another two mars hydro 300 which are about 119 watts each or so I believe . Just worries about heat that is why we though that board you recommend with no heat and white light and the reflector 144 would be around 600 watts .
