I can't recall anyone really claiming that back building will increase yields, only makes for prettier, more evenly shaped nugs.

Yeah I think you get less dense tops but more volume below.... bag appeal.
 
I like it made trimming better .

He's moving to Spain this year to grow for the Barcelona clubs. He said he's gonna be back more then. And he just had a little boy. Can't wait to see what the dude does with this new set up....
 
Good tutorial, when the newest leaves first form they stand straight up and down so don't get any light on the leaf surface so the stem grows faster than the newest leaves. What Joe is doing is gently opening up those new leaves so light hits the surface. As soon as the happens the plant will push out the next set of leaves. Instead of having a branch with 5 nodes you could end up with 10 nodes. More nodes = more flowers.

I like his egg shape lol. I saw Doc Buds looked similar. Not sure if their using the same tech but egg shape(imo) either wat. I tried it on the rest of the WW that I harvested already and left the younger buds. I'll give them till new year too see what shakes.
