*I am just elated at your transition and willingness to help others. It would help ME if you would run a journal because I need to see you grow a CBD. And I'm really interested in joining the race with @Pennywise & @Derbybud. There is so much I want to share with you and if you had a journal I could watch during my tough times too.
*I think you're pretty fantastic. We've been through the exact same things, and we survived. I think we should stick together so we can build our self-esteem. I want to see you do your first CBD oil batch with the MB2. I want to finish what I promised to help you with. So I have goals I need to achieve along side of brave KJ.
*I just think if you run a journal this time, you will be showing the improvements from your depression and you can share those precious moments with survivors. So what do you say? You don't have to update all the time, but it will be a great way to promote the changes that have already happened. Plus we have different schedules so we can visit each other on our own schedules.
*I want to express my deep felt grattitude and trust you've given me. Gosh, never thought I would ever find someone who knows my pain. So thank you for not turning your back on me when I get scared. Now you know why.
*I wrote something out for you KJ, because you've shared so much with me, here is my heart on my sleeve. What does acute PTSD look like to me?
"Today I woke up in sweats. I dreamt I was being attacked and I was being strangled...again. So I kicked and kicked in my dream only to wake up and kicked the pillow into the dresser, full force soccer volley. Yes, this very event happened in my life, I relive the attack in my sleep and I fight to get away. Which is what I did in real life, I fought, and I got free, but it didn't stop.
Unfortunately as a young person I lived this life for first 24 years of my life. I have had to fight people off me for soooo long that now I'm doing it in my sleep. After I sat up in my bed I was scared and looked for my hubby, but he was up already. I ran out of the bedroom, tripped over the rug, and just kinda fell into my husbands arms. He told me that I'm okay, I was relieved.
Immediately I told myself to move on and realized that I just won that fight in my dream. Because I'm A-Okay Now, I survived to grow another day. So I share my PTSD craziness with you in hopes you know, that if this Lady can heal and move on, so can you. And I keep a bat at the door...hahahaha"

Wow mr.k, I think you have plenty friends that are rooting for you and rooting for another journal. And it is incredible that you want to help others and it's just my 2 cents but by doing another journal you are helping others more than you could ever know and you are helping yourself.

Joe so close yet so far my brother. Let's make a point of getting together over the next few months at least for a beer and a smoke..... I'll look forward to that date. Honestly Joe the pleasure has been all mine... You've being there for me just the same my friend.

Good buddy .. beenalot more workload this season higher expectations one would say. Been working out, eating right & working hard. Saturday I need to try to crawl under the kitchen crawl space in hopes I can fit and access old dishwasher’s location power wire and install junction box to floor joice / cover plate it too and splice together another 4-6 feet of 20 amp/Gauge wire to new dishwater location and drill hole in new location beside sink . Problem Is space and accessibility for me.
I also Need to transplant those babies of mine I think ?
Then Sunday im Taking a me day and bac k to road trip out here next week again lol

Oh and still have to put a pool up , clean property new mulch around trees and white stone. Need grass seed and soil oh boy!

My boss found out he and his gf are expecting a second they are pregnant for number two .
His job is getting more how well he can manage it . He has done amAzing . Proud of him.

No new house well not new but our first home. 1920s lots of work to be done . I have tried and will continue so that way when I have children I can give them a a safe roof over there head . So far we have got roof properly done shingled and chimney knocked down . Landscaping work , kitchen Reno , next bathroom . Laid some used laminate upstairs need new windows by winter upstairs .

Just put new windows on our house a few months back. I saved all the old ones and put them up in one of the barns with my wife's disapproval. I've been on @Blew Hiller journal and really liking his greenhouse and been thinking about building one with all these windows. Just thinking out loud but maybe you could do the same next year when you get your new ones. Just a little frame work and you have a new little grow area not taking up room in the house.
My grandpa flipped houses years ago and built a huge greenhouse from old windows he hoarded.
That must have looked cool with all those mismatched windows! Unless you have OCD...then it would drive you NUTS

Yea but it worked well for a few years until he built a bigger greenhouse from a type of plexiglass
