Hi KJ, just something else to look for in the grocery store. I had pre-diabetes for 2 years during the initial stages of this disease. I took a spoonful of this Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with one glass a water, once a day. One year later I have normal blood sugar and my blood pressure is back to normal. If you can get past the taste and manage this routine with your oil, and healthy food diet; your demons won't have a leg to stand on. Although our depression can back on when we are stressed out, the normal blood sugar still remains normal if you keep up with the ACV. I'm sharing cause I remember you saying you have diabetes. Again, ANOTHER symptom we share.
