Thanks ok good ppm out for me is 500.

Huh so you put 1100 in it comes out 500. I put 500 in it comes out 900 lol wtf lol . has happened lmao am I doing it wrong yikes .

Whatever you are doing looks awesome! I think with everyone's comments and the look of those monsters your dialed in Joe. I'm the one asking questions lol. I'm trying to be like you. I just started measuring ppm you know First Attempt Is Learning (fail) haha.

Hey I could be measuring wrong. This is what I'm doing. On water day I put a jug of base water ph5.8 ppm 250 let it soak for 15 then add another 1-2l jug (whatever it takes to get runoff) and measure that coming out at 400ppm and 6-6.2ph. When I feed I plop that 1100 in i don't measure that runoff. I started comparing that top runoff water at 400 to what I get the second water. If it goes down I up ppm in sofar all I've done is increased and stayed equal. Some pots were using some were not. Ie 370-570. Again ppm...very new to me.

Sorry Lowded, I read that twice and don't understand it! PPM measurements are just measuring the nute water before it goes in, and then collecting the runoff and measuring that. Then compare the two numbers.

I'll make a video tonight showing you how I do mine see if you can learn a thing or two never know right .. Like shed says makes sense my medium is holding g the nutrients in . Store nutes so if plant need them later bang they will be readily available. Make sense but I dot. Want my ppm to high coming out. But 1100-1000 is okay but nee to bro g down now start dialing it a bit as week five is over I'll be even more cautious if that makes sense. Until I see def show up then trying to time it you know for proper flush right time .

If you’re not seeing issues don’t stress over ppm coming out.

^^ What he said. If Penny taught me one thing it's to no invent issues and let the plants grow on their own terms as much as possible. Trust me it's not easy to do. You always want to screw with them but evolution has made them pretty hardy. Let them tell you something is wrong rather than trying to out run them with thinking about issues you might not have.

Example.... I posted about having a leaf issue in veg. reading some posts (Penny's was one of them) about RODI water causing some funky nute issues. Switched to tap and they went away never to be seen again. Saved some money to boot. :)

Here is the latest fix for uploading from phones:

- You can use Google Chrome (our recommended browser) from your smartphone/mobile device, the web view option

- You can use a laptop or a PC as well

All these options allow photo uploads. We are continuing to work on the fix for the app and appreciate your patience

The reason for the problem is the complete site upgrade that we are in the middle of. the Homepage is done (almost) & now they are working on the forum integration & image upload (our interface strips exif data to keep pictures secure). The app development is happening simultaneously. The code boys are working overtime everyday right now.

Sorry . . .
