well, I would research a nutrient line geared more for soil. Although they will work okay, those are formulated specifically for hydro. Good question though.

I use General Hydroponics Flora series 3 part nutrients that can be mixed for all stages of vegetative growth and flowering. General Hydroponics Flora series can be used with hydroponic, soil and soiless mediums.

LOL i like that 'daddy who craws', I was not referring to you specifically with the 'fan boy' thing, it just seems to be a common issue on this site, too much 'your great' and not enough 'What where you thinking', but I guess that me.

I guess overall it comes down to why we all here, I here to get/give honest/well thought out information, some just want to look at pretty pictures (I guess I do to some), some want to sell stuff, some want to make friends, etc.. As long as we all do that in a honest respectful manner is not it all good?

Ok on your recommandation I went out and got these nutrients, My store didnt have CAL/MAG or the Bloom Booster but I got the main 3 parts...Grow, Bloom, and Micro.. My Northern light auto is 3 weeks from finishing so I will not give that anything... But I have another Northern light auto in week 2 of flower, I am due to water today should I give it 2 ML of each nutrient? I will give it 1.5 litres of water if that makes a difference!

Only saw this after I got home from the shop... Oh well I have faith this will be better then what I am using as of now!

How tall from the soil is your Northern light auto in week 2 of flower? Does your Northern light auto in week 2 of flower have a lot of branching or is it 1 main cola? What light source are you using to flower? That should be a good starting dose but I would feed your Northern light auto in week 2 of flower 2 millilitres of Flora Gro, 2 millilitres of Flora Micro and 4 millilitres of Flora Bloom.

The plant in week 2 of flower is 46cm, I would say it has lots of side branching and I am using the MarsII LED 400w here are some photos.

I noticed this 3 days ago it is only on 2 leaves, not sure if it is a def or what..

My bigger plant is in week 5 of flower.. it took a big hit a few weeks back and I am not sure if it will be ready with only 8 weeks of flower by the looks of it would you recommend feeding it or just water untill harvest?

I wasn't going to chime in so not to step on KJC's toes, but since I've just gone through this myself a bit, I'd say it's a phosphorous deficiency and he needs the extra phosphorous the liquid koolbloom brings. You can also look for regular dry koolbloom. The liquid is 0-10-10 which is a nice shot in the arm, but the dry is much higher and can be mixed and applied through regular feeding, or it can be sprinkled on the medium and watered in. I think it was 1/2 tsp/gal for the dry.

No... I went to get it today but they were all out, I hate going to these stores so I wont be going back, I just have to live with what I'v got.. But the bigger plant you see has had BAD nutrients, tap water and Fungal gnats and it is still producing bud with a nice amount of trichomes, These nutes I just got (Micro EL?) has cal and mag will that be ok?

Also this Problem is a result of low PH where I had a slight nute lockout it happend on my big plant aswell after feeding it some real budget nutes from your local home depot style shop, this problem was addressed and stressed alot in BARs journal a week or so ago, if you are interested you will find it easily it is called the Cannabomb mystery of the week =)

Your leaf damage appears to be a phosphorous and possibly a potassium deficiency. Give both your plants what I have outlined and see how they tolerate the nutrients. The General Hydroponics Flora series nutrients should give your plants what the leaves indicate they are missing from their nutrients. Plants grown under LED light panels have a higher requirement for calcium and magnesium, you may have to supplement your nutrients if your water source does not contain enough calcium and magnesium. You need a 30x jewelers loupe to see the trichomes and judge when to harvest. Most people harvest from 5%-30% amber trichomes. Harvest at 5%-15% amber trichomes for a "head high" energetic effect and harvest at 30%-50% amber trichomes for a "body stone" sedative effect strain dependent.

You for sure need CaMG growing under LED, for some reason plants under LED seem to need more CaMg then other light sources.

Ok thank you very much.
So as I understand it I should give 2 millilitres of Flora Gro, 2 millilitres of Flora Micro and 4 millilitres of Flora Bloom I add these to the water first not to eachother?

I picked a 60x scope up today, I dont see any clear trichomes just cloudy ones and maby 1 or 2 amber on the bigger Northern light on day 37 of flower.

Also I am using tap water with a PH of 7.5-8 I know R.O is the way but just not possible right now. does this effect measurements?

I do not dissagree but can you please explain why I need Ca/ma when the Flora micro is packed with it?

You will at least need a liquid pH test kit and if you do not have pH down available vinegar or lemon juice can also be used as pH down to adjust the nutrient mixture. Yes, you understand correctly. After you have mixed your nutrient mixture you will need a liquid pH test kit to measure the pH of a sample pf your nutrient mixture and adjust accordingly. I would give the bigger Northern light on day 37 of flower at least 1 dose of nutrient before you flush for harvest. General Hydroponics Flora series only requires 7 days of flushing with either pH adjusted water or pH adjusted water and a flushing agent. You want pH 5.8 for hydroponic and soiless (peat moss and coco coir) and pH 6.5 for soil.

Ok done,(My big plant got water 2 days ago and still has enough to go another 2 days so I will hold off on that for now) I do have a liquid PH test kit and after the nutes were added, from what I can tell it was at 6.5 so I did not adjust the PH..
So do I NEED this Cal/Mag or is there enough of each in these nutes?

The General Hydroponics Flora Micro is designed for use with tap water but may not have enough calcium and magnesium for use with LED light panels, it largely depends on how high the calcium and magnesium in the tap water you are using is.
