Kelp meal tea

I just did a search on good old google and your Spartan Regimen nectar for the gods nutrients has a feeding schedule chart. You should follow that chart for best performance.

also, are you growing in coco or soil?
I'm growing in FFOF soil. I know some of the tips are burnt and yellowing of leaves, I had a little problem about a week ago but got it under control. That's why I said this nute line isn't for beginners. It's really hard to use, for me anyway, there's to much that you have to keep under control, I didn't know anything about it before I started using it, but it's extremely pH sensitive, even total alkalinity has to be kept under control. If you make a mistake with this stuff it's hell to fix. After this grow I won't be using it again until I have more growing experience. But with that every mistake was user error not the fault of the product.

i noticed. They have three lines for each user exparince.
Not sure which chart you are following but try the begginer chart. other whys do what i did and just get mega crop. simple and easy.

I am following it but what they don't tell you is how pH sensitive this stuff is. If your soil pH, water pH, total alkalinity, anything at all is out this stuff will beat you up along side the head and let you stuck with your thumb up your but. It's definitely not for beginners.

This is what I'm following

do you have a ppm and ph reader?

update,
i see you have a tds reader. do you have a ph reader?
110 x10 is to high i'd say.

I don't know which products of their line you have and what each product is. I also don't know which manefacture kelp you have. there is just alot of info that is missing which makes it hard to suggust anything.

One think i would say is that devide the feed in half. so if the chart says 2tbs use 1tbs.
You rather notice the plant needing more food then feeding over feeding.
some might disgree since your growing in soil but i would spend in a ph reader. Make sure you constantly calibrate it prior to use. than ph and ppm test before you feed.

also, don't forget. ffof is a good soil with rich nutri and depending on your feeding mixture ppm, the potting mix could be different.

Yes, just had to have my ppm meter calibrated today so that's working fine now, pH meter is also calibrated, also had to get a total alkalinity meter. It's just too much for someone with my experience to keep up on. Even in their online unofficial Bible, if I were to make the tea they have in it I would have to buy this stuff by the gallon. That's why I'm just using kelp on my water only days. I have nothing against the product line, it's just not for me, but I'm already using it on this grow so no sense in changing until next grow.

I would put that stuff in a cabinet and lock the doors on it.
get this MEGA CROP and mix 3.5 tbs with tab water and feed the plant. you'd be surprise :bongrip:

also, shot that chart in the face

@Kevin Jacobs you don't have to wait for this grow to be finished with this nutr.
You can still use MC on this grow. My guess is you probebly have a better outcome.

if you insist with you current nutr. i would suggust the following.
emilya told me to do a search on how to check ph of soil slury method. I would also check the ppm while checking the ph. Once you know what the levels are. than i would perform the same feeding you are giving right now but at less level. Essentially you know what levels the plant is happy with. If the plant is missing any nutrient it would show different signs on its leaves.

I really can't tell you much more with that nutri you have bratha! except for follow the chart at lower levels because those bottles each have diff benefical microbs for the plant. Thats why its hard to say what to do. unless someone else uses the same products and has experiance with it.

Yep slurry test, pH of soil all that good stuff all good on that. I had to learn on the fly using this stuff. When a company sells you a product then tells you after the fact there is a 114 page user manual on how to use it, yeah it's not for beginners. My first grow went fairly well and that was with FF. I was sent a sample box of this for the price of shipping so I went for it, I should have just stayed with Fox Farm. Like I said though, I don't blame the product, I just don't have the experience that it takes to use it correctly.

Hey PK1 is that mega crop a start to finish plant food or do you have a flush at the end of the grow. Also how long would you say a 2500 gram bag would last? If my math is correct that's just over 5 lbs.

I pulled this off the living soil website that i get my meals and flours from.

“Kelp/alfalfa tea is a classic feed for your plants made of two special dynamic accumulators. Both kelp and alfalfa store nutrients that they pull out of their environment in their leaves and plant structure. The array of micro nutrients that kelp pulls out of the ocean is indeed substantial, and alfalfa is impressive in its own right. Alfalfa though also has the added benefit of a growth hormone called tricontanol, which is an auxin, or proven growth stimulant for plants. Combined into a tea and soaked or bubbled, these two create a powerhouse of plant nutrition.

Simply take 1/2 cup of alfalfa and a 1/4 cup of kelp, and soak this or bubble it in 5 gallons of water for 48 hours. If you soak, then make sure you stir the tea a few times a day. On established plants, you can apply this directly as a drench. On newly emerged plants, use at 1/2 the strength. The benefits to the plants are many, and your soil microbes will love you!”

Not sure if theres is any info in there that you’re looking for.. i have been using this tea once a month, plus some other organic methods and i have had great success this year..

It is a start to finish nutrient... you start off with 1g/gal and work your way up to 4-6g/gal, depending on the response from the plants as to how much to give them. It too requires you to "read" your plants, to see how they are responding. With the MC system, it is all about feeding to the perfect MegaCrop green... and if you see any leaf damage, you are giving too much.... usually. It can get a little tricky diagnosing sometimes... it is a new system and many don't yet understand how to use it correctly, and the instructions on their website are just vague enough to get people in trouble. If you run into difficulties, please contact me, Mr. Sauga or InTheShed for advice... we three seem to write the most about it and each of us has a slightly different take on the stuff. There is no flushing or even giving plain water in a Megacrop grow... every watering is a feeding time. I would recommend a 3x the container size flush to clear the soil, about 2-3 weeks from the end of your grow. At 1-5 grams per gallon... your 2500g bag should last for quite a while.

Thank you for that, I ordered a bag yesterday. When I get it I'm going to start using it, this nectar is a good product it's just really tricky to use there is just way too much that you have to keep under control with it. Maybe I'll find someone that uses it and give it to them to finish off. Any way thank you for reaching out, when I get the mega crop you'll probably see me reaching out again.
Thank you everyone you have been a huge help, happy harvest...
