No if I only gave her 3 liters of water I would use 12 ml But I use 1 gallon water and only 12 ml nutrients. and you said 1 gallon is more like 4 liters so I should give her 16ml nutrients, right?
Am I splitting hairs?

Technically a gallon is 3.7 something liters as I recall. But I also recall that most folks using AN nutes use 50% of the recommended strength.

I've got to chop the Trainwreck but I can run some numbers for you later and see what your totals are.
Thank you

Advanced nutrients calls for 4ml/L of MGB. When you add in the other stuff, it comes in at over 1500ppm/3EC. I had to back down to 75%. Those leaves sure look nute burnt to me, and they DON'T look like a cal-mag issue. I'd back off to 10ml/G for now and see if it gets better.

So I will not add more nutrients. I will try less and see what happens. It looks like I was going the wrong way in my thoughts. As I have learned wait and listen to the help you are given.
Hey Keith it’s all looking good and seems like you’ve come to the right place to learn more.

Here’s my tuppence on nutes. Might differ from others but will give you an idea on how to use less.

Im indoor but use 5ml per 20 litres (4.4 gallons). It’s recommended I use 40ml for the same amount. I’ve only ever had problems when I’ve done that.

I will stick to the rules when it comes to boosting agents for flower (40ml in 4.4 gallons) but would probably adjust normal feed to 2.5-3ml per 4.4. Week 5 of flowering for photos always been a nightmare for nute uptake.

New to autos but feel like it’s 6-7 that nutes need to be watched/diluted.

I tend to do 2-3 feeds with nutes and then a nice big fat feed with PHd water works out to a feed every other day-ish depending on pot weight but understand you’re outside so might not wanting to be lifting pots 😂🤟

Good Afternoon @KeithLemon :ciao:
My apologies for not noticing sooner.
There are a couple issues with your feed.
Rhino skin is potassium silicate. It does not go with your nutrients
Rhino skin
If you ph your water do it first .
Not necessary though, your in the ground or at least soil right.
Then add RS to your plain water.
Then give them it by itself, only once a week.

Your measurements 12/ml I assume that's per gallon?
is that what is recommended on the schedule?
I don't see that schedule? Advanced Nutrients right.
Isn't like (5-M) ( 10 -G ) ( 15- B ) JUST GUESSING.

Bud Candy
Is similar to giving molasses only way better.
It feeds the microbes in the soil.
It's not necessary in your daily mix.
Though you can give it constantly just not necessary.
I think I go once a week but I'll check.

If anything I'd mix calmag in first and wait 15 minutes then follow your schedule exactly.
In order and amount.
Big Bud for instance is recommended higher than 6 ml, from memory?
But get calmag.
And microbial tea's.
Or Bokashi & Frass for microbial activities.
Hope that helps.

Stay safe
Bill284
Hey bill on the bottle for bigbud is 2ml/litre im from canada so were metric so yea roughly per gallon would be 7.5 ml roughly

I went back and looked at my pictures and the brown on the leaves is definitely getting worse. I do not know if it is just the plant maturing to harvest or I have something wrong with the plant. Bill said to use cal/mag do I have a calcium and magnesium deficiency? I just don't know. If I need cal/mag I can get it today just do not want to get something I may not need.
Have you had any frost yet personally being from ontario ive delt with frost on past seasons and can make the plant do some wierd things. Il try and find a photo from the couple seasons back all my buds on my plants were fine just experienced a flash frost when i wasn’t home and my fan leaves crisp up and pretty much died

If you havent had any frost i would expect that to be some nutrients burns a gallon is 3.79 litres so you should base all your measurements in litres if that is what the bottle says if you want to be accurate. The plus side is they dont look like nutrient toxicity and theres no reason u have to flush them i would just make sure you make it closer to 4ml/gallon

Another way to measure is getting a syringe from a drug store or a measuring cup depending on the amount of nutrients your measuring.
