Hehe - I get that. I'll be the same when I try my next indoor. Meantime, I have an outdoor girl at a similar stage except she's just started showing pistils. Hope you don't mind if I share here (Professor Chaos TGA Subcool and Homegrown Natural Wonders)... it's tied down and I've been hoping the smaller ones would rise up. Nature has its own timetable outdoors tho, but flowering stretch is on now so we'll see...

I'll get it together to update my own journal soon I hope (it's pretty behind!) and that'll eliminate the need to drop pics over here .

I don't mind ladies posting other ladies pics in my journal at all .
Mine also has tiny tiny little short hairs peeking out from those preflowers here and there. So I think it will happen during next few days .

Katin...question about the structure of your plant. Seems to me that you got really short inter-node spacing on your main "trunk"?

Did you do anything to get that or just genetics? Maybe topping twice in quick succession??

Seems this is a nice way to grow these if your space is at all limited. LST spreading them out so lots more good bud sites, but not trying to vege forever to do the whole Screen of Green thing.

My only suggestion for your next grow is to find a container that's shorter and wider! That way you can have more headroom, without sacrificing capacity
I never thought of that. The bigger container plus a small plant equals more time for root development which means a smaller plant initially. Once she matures she'll burst with growth. So basically you'll have a monster on your hands very soon Katins!

I did not do anything special. Just gave her light even when she was still underground, and did my best to control the temps, as plants can start streaching to reach cooler air if it is too hot for them. And that's it. Then just topped her at 5th node and started spreading her horizontaly, selectively cutting away new growth, planning for optimal spacing and filling the box.

I thought of that before my first grow. But could not find a suitable container and was lazy enough to build my own. So I just thought the bagseed most probably shall be an indica and I shall get away with this container, and I did . I have space approx. 3 to 4 times the size of plant size.
But for my next grow, when I'll try and squeeze a Durban Poison in there, I shall definitely look for a shorter and wider container .

Do you think she'll start stretching soon? She is gonna be a beautiful plant in the end.
She already is growing quite fast, I just keep tying her down, so the last couple of lower branches can catch up. But yeah, hoping to see some pistils and more stretch soon .

Funny thing is I flipped her a week earlier than my previous bagseed, but by this time, the bagseed had already shown some pistils.

You'll have way better results this time with legit genetics and your artful lst. Ww is some great smoke from what I can remember in high school so you should be in for a treat

She's looking great one question though. Have any idea what caused that?

minus that she looks perfect and has an absolutely massive trunk for her size. That light seems to be doing a great job for such a low wattage you are running it. You'll definitely break 1gpw. (Knock on wood)

Hell my first female bagseed was a beast. I flipped her at such a tiny size like 80% less than my fem beans size and she yielded 80% the yield of my fem bean. 55 grams compared to my sq's 68 grams. She produced four massive Colas two were 10 grams one 7 grams one 8 grams and a handful of popcorn nuggets that weight. 75-1gram each. It definitely impressed me because my SQ hogged all of the LED up until her harvest two months later. During that time my bagseed was under 3CFL but she went a full three months so the last month she got direct light from the LED. I was real ecstatic with that yield because I never would have guessed that bagseed would have given me more than 15-21 grams tops as she was a tiny plant I had topped and lollipoped at flip only a side project.

the quality was mediocre but the quantity was superb lol. The fox tailing left for a nice unique look.
