Welcome, the grow journal in my signature is in a 5x5 tent as well. Hopefully in a little bit I'll have some of that bud porn for ya too!

Experience can definitely help and may even make someone like your friend look real squared away but everyone runs into issues with their grow now and again. Having the knowledge and timing to recognize and fix them helps a ton.

Lucky for you there are many knowledgeable people here!

And yeah my buddy definitely has his shit together, he's been growing for over 10 years now, 2007 is when he started, and I've been there the whole time, and didn't pay attention to shit except his buds :hmmmm: :rofl:

Nah, I just think that in the mind of some experienced growers they probably are thinking of what can be done differently and better, but others don't see that internal dialogue so it looks like that person has it all figured out. Same thing seems to happen in other aspects of life too.

2- 6inch inline fans is overkill in a 5 by 5 tent. One will be more than enough. Also I have grown side by side LED and Cmh. Noticed denser better quality nugs with Cmh and only consumes 315 watts. Also they can be cheaper sometimes than LED, I paid 300 bucks for mine. I also use COBs for my LEDs, Optic 4s to be exact. Got some good nugs with them too because of the amazing par and spectrum. I would still go with CMH though.

It's taking me a little longer than I thought to get past you being gone my brother. There are no words to express how much you meant to me. I never had a real brother, until I met you. I am honored to have been a part of your life, and blessed that you were in mine.
My wife and kids still thank you for taking that round that would have ended my life, you know the one that started our journey together, and I still have it, it's next to your flag that your parents let me keep.
You were a great man, friend and brother. I will miss you greatly. So until we regroup Rest In Peace my brother, we will meet again!
