Day 20 Update: I gave them a low dose of Fox Farm Nutes last night to see how they react and will increase as I see good feedback. ;-) Plant #2 isn't doing so well, and I don't have much hope for it, but I will report if I see improvements.

You can flower whenever you choose, but remember your plants can double...even triple in size.

I love the way Miss Daisy's (the short one) is growin. LOL!!! I think if you could have a song to represent your plant her's would be "Low Rider"! She's in no hurry to grow. "The low rider drive's a little slower!"

Has anyone tried playing music for their plants?

Ive heard classical works best. Theres no need to do this though, I honestly dont think it works.

No problem sweety. Only problems with them cabs is you got space limits. Im thinking about getting one though, who knows

^ Yep! I kinda screwed the pooch when I planted the bagseed as far as space to grow them; however, I do have an extra ballast for an HPS bulb that can be easily rigged into a closet grow. ;-) The cabinets are really nice, but I feel like I'm cheating! It pretty much does everything for me! I have so much more respect for the people who create their rooms from scratch and don't know if it will work. ;-)

its hard to find words to say wen u see something so beautiful...
ur setup make me wish i had one...that was my first idea wen i was gona do hydro..but didnt have the cash for that..seening that it wouldve been my first grow.wasnt sure if it would work out and all that cash to try made me rethink it.so ima be wit u on this to c how it goes with the box and all cuz i am gona get one when i have a better greenthumb...

i agree the setups awesome, but me n my dad went primitive and got the wood and framed all the crap ourselves... built from scratch if you should say so. im just OCD about having a clean neat workplace. + reps for the room

Let me suggest one thing...You should put pots in those empty spaces...Light should not be able to go into the water, you can get algea from this.

Thank you very much getsumkin! We didn't really have the cash for this, too, but we happened to stumble over a used one at $650. I'm talking about $2,850 dollars less than what you pay new. This box is probably 1-2 years old and was in pretty good condition. I needed bulbs, air stones, drippers, and a new computer (it had been smashed). A total of $400. Just keep your eyes open, and maybe I can pass my luck to you. ;-)

Has anyone tried playing music for their plants?

I Play classical for them...well.. its more like a classical metal. yngwie malmsteen and joe satriani (joe is not quite classical but pretty sweet none the less) to name 2.

they seem to like it. I love it. but then again i am only on my first grow nice plants. I look forward to watching them grow!
