wow the 2 girls love the new hair style amazing groth over night i cant believe it im on the last week of veg i think they will get some nice locks lol i have one under an led and 1 under 400 hps trying to see which will produce best

Your haircuts, look fine! might look extreme at first but they soon bounce back. It looks like to me that you stripped the leaves from around the outside of plant. This is ok but you want to in future if going down the same (defol) road, try freeing up the center of plant. to open them up more for light penetration. So you would leave any big leafs on outside that aint covering any other part of plant. Just concentrating your leaf stripping inwards. Just a tip my friend, don't worry about this now as your girls need time to come back from this session. Best of buds and hope this helps
