Jon

Just beautiful, Kinda speechless here. Watched all of your grows and followed several others over the last couple years.

I have a couple questions for you. I know you have stated in one of your journals that you allow the plants to grow up into the LED lights and I am almost sure you stated what your start height was, 48 inches above the canopy? Also, with LEDs, you are using a 600 watt LED that is suppose to be a replacement for a 1000 watt HID. When you set your goals for grams per watt, do you set them for the 600 watt actual watts used or do you think the LEDs will go to the 1000 that they replace?

Thank you again for all your informative and amazing grow journals.

very nice jon, get them in nug and plant of the month contestl, would have my vote for sure, nice work my friend,

you certainy bring out the best in the plant, its going to be very interesting to see how this super soil pans out, if your getting results like that then clearly you got everything dialed in to perfection, so you have got the very best chance of giving this super soil a good go, i know anyone can try it but without having everything dialed in it would be very hard to compare the results, so your super soil plants will be a great refrence point for how it does and how well it produces compared with perectly grown plants using nutrients,

have some reps sir, you more than deserve it,

Hey sbudgazer, If I didnt have a veg room I would start clones or seedlings at 48 inches from the panels and let them grow up into the led's and for flower 28 inches from the canopy is where they need to be but every light is different so I would follow the manufacturers recomendations until you figure out what the plants like, just remember that with led's the closer the light is to the canopy the smaller the footprint. Thabks for tagging along to my journals, im glad they're helping someone:)

I think you can reammend it and use it again too!

yea i ve read that too but I need to do some homework before I try something like that, how do you know what to put back in? how do you know how much of each element was used? Even if I use new SS every round im still saving 2/3'ds of what I was spending with synthetic nutes so for right now im really happy with that but once I have more room I ll definetly be playing around with it:)

IDK how it is up there jon, but we have ag extensions here....you can take em a soil sample and they will analyze it and also give recommendations to amend. It's really kinda handy, and if you don't have an ag extension there, I'm sure it would be worth it to send it out. I'm pretty sure that bro uses the soil for three years, amending every year, and replaces it on the fourth year.........I can get you details for reference..........
