John's Wicked New Grow

Everything is looking happy in your tent. Hoping you are having a great day so far. I saw that you were on here extra early this morning.
Cat plants look great. I can't tell that anything happened to them.

Thank you,Ms V, I hope you have a great day too.
Waiting at the doctor's waiting on ameds check right now
Hate going here every 30 days for nothing.

One happy tent, there, John. That is a mighty fine light set up you have. When my light grows up I want it to be just like yours lol.

Good morning, Ms. N, thank you for the compliment.
I'm thinking that I need a MH SP 250 for the middle.
Just waiting to see what they're going to do about putting the driver outside.
Otherwise, maybe a MH 144.

Everything seems to be chugging along nicely. :)

Glad to see the plants are bouncing back from the cat attack too! :cheesygrinsmiley:

Thanks for the encouragement TB. :thumb:

I had to sharpen this again, this time I was kinda scared for the first time in 20 years.

Good morning all, I'm thinking of adding my backup light to the tent.
It's a galaxy 300 watt, really it only draws about 135 watts from the wall.
But everything counts, right?
I but it used for $20.00 buck's, so why not?

Look what I just did, now I have a white light, almost.
$20.00 bucks, Galaxy 300, I read the Watt's to the wall 135-170. I'll go with 135 Watt's.

I like it. It will be interesting if it affects how the lumens are concentrated

Me too, cause I have no idea of what I'm doing :hmmmm::snowboating:

So now I'm somewhere around 500 actual Watt's. Maybe I won't have to spend another $259.00 on MH.

Looking good Mr Wick. :thumb:

Thanks for stopping by, Mr Peckerhead. I'm trying to stall on buying the SP250 Mars-Hydro light, until they work on a longer cord so I can keep the driver outside of the tent.
I'm no electrician, and don't trust my own work to be safe. That's why I'm not going to "Rig" it up myself. I did watch the video from MH on how to do it.
The problem is, if I do it will that void there warranty.
Hopefully more folks will encourage them to supply a longer cord option so I'm not the one twisting wires.

Garden’s looking very happy, John.
:yummy:

Thank you DD, I appreciate you stopping by to check it out.
on the low side, I have 505 watts!

I know these feelings.
Looking good though. Maybe it's just what they needed.

Thank you TB, I'm glad you stopped by and thanks for the TB seal of approval. :green_heart:

Hey DD, I took your advice, did you see your idea on the bottom of my signature?

I would think it would void it since you altered their product. I might have just landed a gold mine. I'm going to look at a kind led k5 xl750 being sold in my area for wayyyyyyyy under what they're worth. While I love the MH lights from what I seen the xl750 is a beast. They go for over 1000 usd. If it works I'm getting it today for $250. Only problem is I'm coming down with a nasty cold and all I want to do is sleep.
