Joe's Grows

I started hacking at the Gorilla Glue Auto already cos I'm almost out of Trainwreck...

Here's my justification:

1, I only took 3 (big) branches.
2, I did it to give the PGC more room.
3, She's almost done anyway.
4, I don't have to buy more when the Trainwreck is gone.

Fuck it, early or not, chop chop...
The deed is done. Gorilla Glue Auto is down. She's been one of my more tragic grows, but man are these buds solid, Thanks @Trala I'll be thinking of you when I smoke her.

Purple Ghost Candy has the tent to herself now.

My first ounce of Gorilla Glue Auto...

The bag weighs about 46 grams.
That's just a few of the lower branches, there's probably a few more ounces on the rest of it. I'm guessing 3-4 maybe.
The buds are pretty solid, and I think I know why it's named Gorilla Glue... it's sticky as hell. My grinder is getting all gummed up :cheesygrinsmiley:
It tastes like funky earthy chocolate and the stone is nice and cruisy.

In my opinion the viparspectra light is amazing for its size. The lenses on this one spread the light much better than others. I've grown a few plants with it and I wish I had more. I was actually looking at the bar lights they have, I think they're 330w, perfect for a 3x3 tent...

That's great news I bought 2 of the xs1500 and still have not used it do to thrips infestations. Trying to get rid of these guys but they won't seem to die. Thinking of fogging my closet but not sure if my plants will live and if it would mess up my clothes.

Well you can't go wrong with Viparspectra.
I've had a run in with thrips, the sticky traps sorted them out, lucky for me it wasn't a bad infestation. Good luck getting those little bastards.

G'day Stunger. Good to see you lurking again.
Unfortunately looks can be deceiving, the Gorilla Glue Auto is not at all what it seems. It looks good, smells good, and it's extremely sticky. However, it's not very strong and it doesn't last long. I've had two people complain about it, and I actually bought some different stuff to keep myself going until the PGC is ready. I'm going up North at the beginning of September for an unveiling, so I'll be giving it away to family and friends while I'm up there.
The PGC has certainly lived up to the Purple part of the name. I'm sure the cold weather has had some part in that.

Do you have any idea why, could it have been harvested prematurely, interesting.

You hit the nail on the head Stunger.
I harvested her a week early so I could flip the PGC to 12/12 and have enough time to flower and harvest before I go away on the 4th...
That's 75 days from flip, which is about average for these plants. It's day 57 today. I'm cutting it close!
I hope my math is right or I'll be chopping this one earlier too 🤣
