Jiddle Soil RQS Stress Killer Grow Journal 2018

I've just felt the pot and its feeling quite light. I watered 3 days ago, will she drink more now shes flowering?

before it was about 5 days between watering.

yes PH 6 with the nutes in.

Yes, but it has more to do with the density of your roots and the RH and temp. When it's hot and dry they drink more. If you have a moisture detector, shove it into one of the bottom holes. It could very well be dry. Your pots are pretty small.

Switching from 5 to 3 days as things progress is normal.

OK thanks Calvados, its quite hot at the moment, still waiting for the fan to show up! RH 50%

I've ordered a moisture detector but still waiting for it to arrive.

Not sure whether to add nutes this time as only watered 3 days ago

Waiting a day won't kill it, but if you think it's dry I would. The moisture meter is really more for peace of mind although I've found that moisture can sit in the bottom for a while. Make your plants work for it is good too. Very little is going to kill your plant at this point.

Do you have a fan circulating the air under the leaves? That's how they get energy. Plus twitching the branches makes them stronger.

I'll give it some plain water, that's good to hear I've only got one, rookie mistake.

Yes, I have little fan circulating air all the time.

My main problem at the moment is my inline quit on me, I've got an LED but I'm still struggling to keep the temp under 29c.

Make sure it's PH'd at 6. Not all of the nutes get into the roots. They dry out in the soil. The correctly
PHd water will release them. :nomo: Goodnight from Wales.

Yeah as your roots establish the demand for more food water becomes greater . Specially if stretch is coming preflower I’ve noticed outdoorsi feed now a gal every two days as to every four or five days. Then it will be a gal again eventually every three or for days by end of flowering

So she gets really thirsty then!

I went for the plain water and everything seems OK so far.

Yeah synthetic nutes they say get a good cycle going feed feed flush I’ve heard . I use my rain that comes as a sign of flush and work around it monitoring how much and how often and get my act in between Mother Nature it’s Ben fun and pest now lol

No whats that?
It is essentially an enzyme cleaner for your medium/culture , it helps with encountering high temps , helps condition your root zone boosting microbe uptake I believe this allowing for better nutrient uptake . Honestly I know a lot of folks here can vouch for z7 by flying skull . Safe for soil and coco . Or water culture. Honestly if you take a few mins to google it you will be sold in sure I am giving z7 now to my chemdawg auto outdoor in the pot as it gets hot and has been hot and don’t even have rocks over medium which I should but meh . Not this run . Anyway it will help protect your roots in the long run. I look at it like cheap insurance as little goes a long way .

OK thanks I'll have a look and see if I can get some.

Luckily my new inline turned up today so I've managed to the temp under control.
