Thank you Alex...I'll take some bud pics out of the tent tomorrow...I am very disappointed with this grow...I screwed something up...the buds right now are spindilly and the fan leaves are yellowing too fast...it will still turn out OK but not what I hoped for

All I grow is low and bushy mate :)...the Jacks respond well to lst...the super critical are even better...but the Jacks pack a punch in the smoke dept.:)...I like my girls long and skinny too my friend :thumb:

Yup plenty of time for them to chunk up, many strains put on a majority of weight in the last 2 weeks, and don't be afraid to let them go an extra week:thumb:

I used to smoke cigarettes, but quit about six years ago. I told my doctor I wanted to quit (I didn't really want to quit, but knew I should) and she gave me a free sample of Wellbutrin. It's an anti-depressant, but a side effect people were having is that it made them quit smoking. I took it for a month and darn if it didn't make me quit. I've tried smoking a cigarette here and there since then, and it still makes me sick, even years later. I don't know what it did to me, but it worked.

The only down side about it was that I had terrible nightmares every night while I was on it. 'Abnormal dreams' is a listed side effect. It effs with you, but it's temporary and you're free from those nicotine chains forever... in my case, anyway :)

You got the downside right on the money Dresney! The nightmares were so vivid and strange that I had to stop taking it.
Doc prescribed Chantix instead and besides making me sick to my stomach...it didn't work. LOL
I may try the Wellbutrin again someday, it's actually another name for Zyban (an antidepressant). If I could have gotten through the dreams....it would have worked for me. LOL

Yeah, I couldn't believe the dreams I was having. I didn't believe the warnings, but that stuff felt real! :thedoubletake:

And they were true nightmares... not boogey man-type dreams, but your own personal worst nightmares... I was going to put an example down, but they were too scary and gorey and terrible to put out in the 420 karma bubble.

I guess that's another deterrent - I'd have to take that stuff again if I ever picked up the habit again. :laughtwo:

When I packed in (2 years) I used this AMAZING natural thing called......Will Power :) (scary there's a race driver called Will Power and NO it wasn't him I refer to lol) That said, I had a GREAT incentive to pack in.......adoption of a 4 year old girl :)

Well, Oz, addiction makes some of us lesser human beings cave.

One thing I can say is that I'm still a non-smoker and won't pick up a cigarette again.

My lungs are quite happy they're not relying on my will power, as it failed them several times before.


Congratulations on an adoption!

I've thought about it several times, but haven't decided on it yet.

That's a good way to look at it! Stay quit....or your nightmares will get you. LOL

I did quit smoking a few years ago, flat out just quit one day and lasted a couple years. So, I know I CAN do it. ;-)

Wen I packed in guys I was prescribed nicotine patches and nicotine lozengers. I quit using the patches after one week.... My dreams were awful. I was dreaming shit I'd never of thought of when awake if ya get me.
I sucked 10-20 lozenges a day fora year!!! Then one day I had no money for my lozengers and to be able to feed mrs801
So good came first lol then came Friday payday 3 days later. Miss801 said she'd leave me if I bought those lozengers after 3 days without them. She allowed me to buy "fishermans friends" (extra strong spicy mints)
Turns out I didn't need the lozengers. I sucked 20 of those for a year. Then weened myself off them.
I was addicted to cigarettes then to nicotine lozengers then to regular mints.
Now been 4 years since a cigarettes and 3 years since nicotine. And 3-1/2 stones extra weight!
Still super happy I don't smoke tar anymore

Hi mate....If I'm totally honest, there's days I want to pack in and days I enjoy a smoke.....so it's pointless unless I'm totally committed to jacking them in lol :)
