Yeah I was planning on wanting 6 with 2 extras just in case but I'll find a use for the extra two LOL
I've done a lot of cloning and I usually don't lose any but I ALWAYS take extra because coming up short doesn't work

This was my first time using this cloner and although it worked good I was not happy with the amount of time it took my clones to root...I have some ideas to correct a design flaw IMO ...I'm going to do a little experimenting...I'll share as soon as I work out the details and then use it on my next run in about 5 weeks

They both had the exact same conditions as they were in the same cloner at the same time under the same light....I just took the critical later than the Jack
I don't think this difference in rooting time is strain related as much as it has to do with the Jack I took the clones from being hungry when I took them. (Sorry for that run on stentance....hope I made sense
)

wow, I wish I did it well enough to get upset @ 8 days, lol... i honestly thought 2 weeks was the norm and rarely have anything but anger to show even then.

LOL...no the 8 days is great...the 15 days bothered me...after 10 I try to figure out what I've done wrong...unless it's a big cutting
I've had cutting take well over a month before...it looked healthy and was actually growing...so I left it in LOL...it actually turned out great...go figure LOL

When I did my cuttings in the rockwool I saw small roots in just a few days. There were two that did not root.
When I put those two plus fresh ones in this cloner I made they took more than double the time to completely root out. So, although the cloner worked on all of them it did take a lot longer.

Well I think if the stem is getting enough moisture, while still getting air, the humidity dome is not needed...but I am wondering about in the reservoir...my bubble corner worked great...it was always getting a fresh air intake...this areoponic cloner doesn't do that...I am wondering if introducing air to the reservoir and the chamber between water and the lid would help..the stems seem to be too wet...this cloner uses a sprinkler instead of a mister ...I could rig up a mister...but I want to see what happens with the latter...just because LOL

That's the problem...there are zero bubbles in my cloner...it is sealed with no fresh air intake...just a water pump in the res running the sprinkler...I don't know... it seems like it could be better

I see your problem now. I would tend to agree, not much air room in there. Plants have to have oxygen.

Here's I pic of the flower tent through the front door window...this thing is stuffed with 7-8 weeks more to go...oh well I've had worse problems in my life...I'll figure this out LOL...luckily the THC bomb is 2 weeks ahead of the others so it will be out when I really really need the room
Maybe I can fit a small plant in on that left side LOL
