I hear you Jaga, it's hard to do anything when you're not feeling well. Shoot, I shut down just from a little flu; I'm called the Big Baby of the family when I get sick. As soon as you feel up to it though get that update done. You knew I was going say it "Post the Good, the Bad, and the UGLY!"
Under watering is one of the easiest problems to recover from; you won't save the leaves that have already deteriorated but the ones in decent condition and the new growth will bounce back once you get back on track.
The biggest mistake you can make after messing up from under watering is over watering. I use to water heavily after under watering and when I didn't see results immediately I'd water again, and again, and again until the plant was literally dead in the water.
Just start off with a heavy plain watering, let it completely dry out, then a light watering, and after that continue with your regular feeding regiment.
