Can't dim them, cheapo ViparSpectras.
Try moving that top fan so it blows between the light and the plant.

Hey we all started with cheaper rigs. They work just don't finish things up as nice. Plenty good to learn with.
Take out the adjustable hangar ropes, connect a caribiner directly to the light and hook it to the top of the tent.
2 biners and an adjuster add up to about 4".
