I foliar spray every day and im sure they opened when I was attempting to pull them off. But I’ll go spray them againSome of those are open so your other plants are probably already pollinated. I’ve read spraying water will kill pollen and can help contain it a bit. I do that if I was you.
Chris, I’m being greedy, so yeah I’m gonna do that. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into these girls and I don’t want to lose anymore. I threw away three males already so I’m not trying to lose anything else.
Guess I have something to do tomorrow at noon.
Man, i know you decided on keeping it but i just wouldn’t risk it. A pinch of pollen, if catches a nice drift, can pollinate your whole tent and plucking seeds out before every smoke is a bitch.
The white hairs will start to turn brown or redish when exposed to pollen, then about 2-4 weeks later a seed will start to show.Everyone wants me to get rid of it.. but I’m not gonna even lie. I’m stubborn as fuck when I’m determined to do something lol.
How do you know when the other females have been pollinated?
Why the light leak assumption?I would also find out if your source for those clones has had hermie issues or if it could possibly be a light leak in your grow space causing it to herm on you.
When they get pollinated they might turn a little pink but mostly they'll turn brown, shrivel up and die. Sometimes the white hairs will not start out as white at all, being pink or purple instead, but that's just it's genetics and fairly rare.what about pink?
It’s really the red spectrum of the light that upsets them. Everyone says light leaks makes themWhy the light leak assumption?
Well I was seeing someWhen they get pollinated they might turn a little pink but mostly they'll turn brown, shrivel up and die. Sometimes the white hairs will not start out as white at all, being pink or purple instead, but that's just it's genetics and fairly rare.
So it could be any light source say from a humidifier or any equipment in your room? It’s really the red spectrum of the light that upsets them. Everyone says light leaks makes them
Hermie... but idk. I think cellphone lights do it also. I’m not 100% sure.
I see hairs coming out of the tops. They look like pollen sacks but closer inspection you can see tiny white hairs coming out of the tops. I think it’s a female. This is a hermie...you see the banana shape? That’s a female that has hermied, I found it after two months of work.I really don’t know what strain this is. It’s either a wedding cake or cuvée? Maybe even a kush? Idk. Anyway it’s a seed from bag that a friend have to me. I know my chance of it being stable or unstable are 50-50. But hey, why not try? But can you tell me if this lady is herming or is this normal?
Earlier I pulled what looked like a sac off of it and crushed it, but nothing came out.(of course outside)
What y’all think?
I didn’t look at all your pics before replying, but now that I look at the other pics I believe your correct in the sexing.
