Very cool. In my opinion, as long as your plants are looking healthy all is good. I have one plant that the stalk did an entire loop before breaking out of the ground. I'll get a close-up of it tomorrow. The kids are sleeping. Have you considered topping yet? One thing I learned is that when you sprout your plants in paper towels or other means that requires you to manually direct the tap root down is that if you don't, then you get wonky sideways growing. My future sprouts are going to be in small peat/coco blocks and just place the block in soil when it sprouts. That way, the seedling grows naturally unassisted and will be straight and centered. That one of the things I learned about my plants.
