Mega-pic-dump Monday! Sorry I've been letting down my own journal but I wasn't sitting at a computer all weekend. I did take pics of some plant-related activities though, so fire up your internet connections and sit back .
Where should I start? How about Sour G first. Its leaves are fading and some tops are molding, but anything flowering goes into the freezer now so nothing will be wasted. I also gave it a trim on Saturday, like I was trimming after harvest, so I could expose the trichomes to the sun.
A bud I clipped the top off:
And here is the whole plant:
Still racing against the clock. I can see the other branches getting brown on the same line as the ones I've taken off, so I can figure which are the next to go.
Moving on to the male Haze Xtreme, I cut the branches off the plant and stuck them in a vase of water (per Penny's recommendation elsewhere), which makes it easier to harvest. The rest of the plant and the soil all went into the green bin.
Pickles (from the UK) standing up against sexual assault:
Here is the Amphetamine Auto, getting half-strength nutes on day 16:
And here is the Blue Treacle freak, with no roots showing yet! It's sitting in the sun on the soil of the Amphetamine:
Something is eating my Pomegranates, long before I would harvest them as ripe! Birds? Squirrels? Possums?
I read somewhere to put them in plastic bags to keep the animals away. We'll see!
I think I'll stop this post here and do the next by itself, since it's all about gummies!
