Both plants got their first nutes yesterday (around 1.25g/gallon MC) and they're looking pretty happy today. Here is the Pellezino Cookies from @Original Sensible Seeds:

Here's a quick Monday update on the winter pair (day 13), and I've decided to take pics with them side by side so you can see how similar they are so far. The height difference is really down to planting depth rather than growth rate.
Pellezino Cookies left, The Wizard auto right:
I'm seeing some tacoing on the leaves so I'll raise the light a couple of inches this evening. I'm beginning to sense that the Mars SP250 is a bit too intense for plants this age, even at only 100w and 24,000 lux. I think I have a couple of (non-matching) square lights up in the attic so I might hang those instead, though I do like the heat the SP250 is putting out.
We'll see.

The colder it is in the house the less I want to open the tent and let the cold air in and sometimes I even forget I have plants in there (though that's not why the were drooping I promise). I do check on them every morning when I put the peach plant outside (still schlepping something).

I will tell you that I'm pretty sure it's colder inside my house than anyone's who lives in a cold climate. Outside is a different story, as my kids have a softball game every Monday night!
