Jus wondering by cuting the tips of leaves wudnt tht force it 2 start putn nutrients n stuff to fix the cut on the leaves instead of jus forcing root development I'm a new grower n cud b completely wrong

I just did 2 sets of 4 clones and trimmed the leaves on some and others just trimmed off the palm leaves. All are thriving so no difference in what you do with the leaves. I found faster root formation and recovery by using both liquid and powder root hormones together, if that helps
