Yes most definitely
I eat a cookie right before bed to sleep better

The CCO I tack on is to help me stay off the opioids and heal the receptors the best I can and a few things here and there

Restless
Leg syndrome
Anxiety

All done with cannabis

No benzos was and still is the goal

Clean 11 weeks from bupe/suboxone

All opioids
