Now if leo would act a little civil as well we be in a much better place.
After MJ is legal for recreational use for 21+, like alcohol is, then youth punishments for MJ will become less severe, just like youth punishment eventually decreased after alcohol was re-legalized.You have to admit there is a big difference getting busted for alcohol then there is marijuana. Big difference that can have major ramification for our youth. That is the problem I have for it. If it was treated like alcohol... they to be honest... I would have no problem with this bill.

The more and more I dig into this I am finding that alot of people are being hooked into this so that people who are already exporting from this state can grow legally without question and the fact that the man backing this bill will make millions off of it. Again this is about money... without the concern for those who are the highest on the incarceration stats.
Now regardless if the governor signs this into law or not this will be a massive step in the right direction. It has taken decades to get this far. This will force the people in power to come to terms that this is a major issue that needs addressing.
When people voted for Obama's town hall cannabis questions he simply brushed it off with a joke not taking it seriously at all. That people can vote this into law will absolutely force this not to be taken as a joke but a serious issue. Maybe when it finally is a serious issue to those in power real changes can be made. I'm looking at this as a world changer not just in cali. The ramifications of actually legalizing cannabis can change the world for the better. I know this isn't a perfect law and I understand your points but I don't understand how voting no can help the movement in the least if not hurting it. Voter initiatives are going to be the only way of legalizing and we need to stand together to make it happen.
spelling is all made up anyways,,, right? who says the first guy got it right my spelling sucks tooNo worries about spelling mate as long as I can figure it out it's all good.

Yea.. I see your point as well. But being hit by this economy... I have had to file for both and they ask if you have been convicted of drug offenses and they will drop your cases. I think it only deals with felony drug offense issues.
